Chapter Thirty-Two

  Chapter Thirty-Two

Back home, as usual, I was in charge of starting the fire and cooking, while Grandpa supervised me and complained from time to time.

Now, because of the addition of a fox at home, there is more rice in the pot than usual. I originally thought to add only one person's share, after all, that fox is fat but particularly short.

However, Grandfather saw it and blamed me, saying that the fox's temper was too violent. If there wasn't enough food, he wouldn't be full and might get angry, so he asked to add two more people's worth of rice.

I deeply suspect that the fox will not eat rice, thinking that it should be like a cow eating grass, or like a tiger eating raw meat, or maybe like a cat eating raw fish.

Perhaps the food on this table that humans eat, he doesn't even deign to take a look at it. Later, when we're eating, I reckon I'll be scolded by this fox again.

  "Wow, smells good!"

Speak of the fox and the fox appears.

The smelly fox's voice came from outside the kitchen, and Grandpa's cane tapped heavily on the ground several times. His bent body was straight as a pen, his face full of smiles, and he quickly turned around to welcome the arrival of the fox at the kitchen door.

I couldn't take Grandpa's appearance, and my gaze darted outwards. The fox had somehow changed into an ancient-style outfit, but the design was too flashy compared to our Chinese ancestors' clothing.

A red long dress, maybe not a dress, but the trailing hem that dragged on the ground behind me for almost a meter, I really didn't know what other words to use to describe this strange garment.

He saw me staring at him, with a smug expression on his fox-like face, walking in slowly with an air of self-satisfaction, reaching out to touch the shiny head of our family's twelfth generation heir, and then looked at me with a playful smile.

"Thirteenth generation, are you about to be charmed by Ben Zun?"

He finished speaking, picked up the hem of his skirt with his hand, took out a red thin gauze, and covered one side of his smiling face with a seductive smile.

Damn it, this is really a freak, a male freak growing up like this, and not allowing other female freaks and women to live.

I ignored him, turned my head away and pretended to be calm while stirring the food in the pot. After a while, I suddenly felt something was off, so I turned back and looked him up and down before asking: "Grandpa, I remember our ancestors didn't leave behind this kind of clothing, did they?"

  "It is not."

After a long while, Grandfather finally managed to utter these two words.

"Oh." I responded, picked up the plate and scooped up the dishes from the pot, walked forward and put them on the table, turned around to look at the fox and asked: "Then where did the clothes on your body come from?"

"Haha......" He burst out laughing and said with a smug face: "Where did it come from? Of course, it was created by me."

I listened, frowning, "You can still change clothes, didn't you just walk back naked and it was already a problem? How did you manage to change into clothes in the blink of an eye? Cut it out, who are you trying to fool?"

"Cheated you? Just a little bit."

His eyes gleamed with cunning as he smiled, "Just now in that grove, I didn't transform because I was a bit tired from exorcising demons and wanted to take a nap in your arms."

He said with a sneer, his eyes glanced at my chest again, and he said disdainfully: "It's still more comfortable to sleep in Xiao Suzi's arms, yours is too small."

"What?" I was so angry that my body was shaking, and the spatula in my hand was also shaking along with it. I was really afraid that I would lose control of my emotions and throw it at him.

  "You... despicable, shameless, and vile."

  I'm fed up with this.

"Is this a lowly thing? Is this shameless? Is this vile?"

He said with a crooked smile on his face, slowly approaching the stove.

"What do you want to do?" I swallowed my saliva, scared out of my wits, and looked at Grandpa with a pleading expression. But he had an air of indifference, narrowing his eyes as if pretending not to see anything.
