Chapter 23: Her smile sent shivers down ones spine

Chapter 23: Her smile sent shivers down one's spine

This woman is full of charm and has a unique flavor, looking like a peerless beauty.

I was just about to enter a state of ecstasy when my butt suddenly felt a sharp pain, and it turned out that the young man was looking at me with an unpleasant expression on his face, his right hand placed on my butt, pinching it hard.

This young man, what's wrong with taking a look at the boss's wife? I couldn't help but smile wryly.

The woman giggled and said, "Oh, little brother hasn't come for so long, what wind brought you here today? Are you thinking of me?"

The young man shrugged his shoulders and smiled slyly, "Hehe, I'll definitely come to find the most beautiful woman in Fenghuang Town, Jin Xiangyu. Now, let me introduce you, this is my brother Lan Tian!"

It turned out that this woman's name was Jin Xiangyu, with the same name as the boss's wife in the movie!

She nodded slightly, her eyes fluttering back and forth, giggling "Welcome welcome!" as she stepped forward to shake my hand at close range.

I can smell the faint scent of her body, it's deadly, a certain part of my body reacted immediately. A woman like this, really can't be held back!

I nervously grasped the outstretched hand, and suddenly felt a tingling sensation in my palm. It was Jinxiangyu who had lightly drawn a few strokes on my palm with her fingers, followed by a gentle breeze. She then put her mouth to my ear and whispered with a smile, "Little Lan, when you come to our Fenghuang Town, remember to eat well and have fun!"

The young man beside me coughed softly, and Jin Xiangyu suddenly let go of my hand. She rushed upstairs and shouted, "Qiu Yan, take the two guests to their room to rest."

Qiu Yan ran down to help us with our luggage, and her small stature struggled to lift our bags.

I couldn't let her do these things, hastily said, "Qiu Yan, I'll do it myself!" and took the suitcase from Qiu Yan's hand, calling out to Xiao Ge to go upstairs together.

The young man looked at Jinxiang Yu's back as she walked away, seemingly coming back to his senses.

Little brother said to me as he walked, "Lan Tian, don't underestimate Old Lady Jin. In Feng Huang Town, she is a woman with both wisdom and beauty. Her beauty has added much charm to Feng Huang Town, while her wisdom is even more formidable. Within just a few years, she rebuilt the original Phoenix Inn on its old foundation, and business has been booming ever since."

I was a bit puzzled, "Didn't you say that the owner of Fenghuang Inn mysteriously died suddenly, how could he still be here?"

"Of course, there is a successor," said the young man. "It's said that Old Jin is the one. After the old boss of Phoenix Inn died, no one took care of it and it was just a pile of ruins. After Old Jin rebuilt it, it gradually became what it is today."

I walked and chatted with Xiao Ge, and soon we arrived at the door of our respective dormitories. The door had already been opened by Qiu Yan. After I entered and put down my luggage, Qiu Yan slipped in like a fairy to tidy up the bed.

I smiled and said to her, "Little sister, don't bother, I'll do it myself."

This autumn wild goose, I seem to have seen it somewhere before? But I've never been to Phoenix Town, it should be an impossible thing.

Qiu Yan really put down the quilt and stared at me blankly.

I felt embarrassed under her gaze and said, "You go rest, if there's anything I'll naturally call you!"

Qiu Yan uttered an "uh-huh" and walked out of the room.

I locked the door, let out a heavy sigh and lay down on the bed. The things that have happened over this period of time feel like a dream, very unreal. Not to mention the strange experiences before, just taking this mysterious little brother as an example, I think there are many secrets on his body.

What kind of person is he after all?

What's the relationship between him and Jinxiangyu, the owner of Fenghuang Inn? Is he having an affair with Old Lady Jin? But thinking about it again, it's impossible, after all, Old Lady Jin is so much older than him!

Half a month of mental exhaustion, I soon fell asleep in a daze.

I don't know how long I slept, but I woke up in a daze and found myself lying on the ground, my head throbbing with pain. The room was pitch black.

It took me a while to get used to the darkness in front of me, and my nose smelled a faint fragrance. The huge curtains hung down to the floor, and the light outside the window was faintly visible through the thick curtains.

I shook my body and tried to get up, but I couldn't move. It was then that I realized my body had been tightly bound by a rope.

My heart suddenly felt like it had fallen into an ice cave. Who was it? Who would tie me up and throw me to the ground? A thread of heart-piercing fear chilled me to the bottom of my heart!

"Is anyone there? Hello, is anyone there?" I shouted loudly in a rage.

"Creak..." The door opened with a sound, and a string of footsteps walked in slowly, accompanied by the sound of footsteps, there was a faint scent, this scent, I seemed to have met before.

"Who are you? Why tie me up?" I shouted loudly.

The newcomer didn't make a sound, but walked straight up to where I was standing and stopped.

She appeared in front of me, from my angle, her head was upside down, but I still recognized her at a glance.

She held a candle in her hand, and the candlelight cast a shadow on her face.

"Is that you? Let me go quickly!" I struggled, but the rope was tied very tightly and I couldn't get free no matter what.

I never thought she would lay a hand on me! And it's a woman!

She ignored my struggles, walked to the top of my head, tilted the candle down, and scalding hot wax dripped onto my forehead, sizzling loudly. A searing pain shot from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, and all the muscles in my body tensed up.

"I'll screw your mom!" I gritted my teeth and cursed viciously, silently greeting her ancestors for eighteen generations.

She still didn't speak, letting me scold her as she continued to work, placing the candle on the floor above her head. I could clearly smell the scent of burning wax.

She somehow got a mirror and placed it at my feet. Through the corner of my eye, I could see the shadow of the candle in the mirror.

  She finally stopped here.

I heard her softly sighing, "You're different from him, you're a good person, I don't want to hurt you..."

I'm going crazy! "Then let me go! I have no grudge against you, why are you harming me?"

She shook her head and said, "Don't blame me, blame yourself for being with him, hehe... If you were just an ordinary person, maybe I would let you go. However... after tonight, you won't see me again..."

She muttered to herself, as if talking to her own self.

What's going on tonight? What ordinary person and non-ordinary person, I am obviously an ordinary person!

She said, starting to unbutton her clothes. The clothes fell one by one on the ground, the candlelight casting a flattering glow on her slender figure, and the shadow on the wall was delicate and charming.

"What are you going to do?" I opened my eyes wide and stared at her, because there was a knife in her hand.

She knelt down, stretched out her arm and made a sharp cut on her wrist.

"Just stay with me tonight!" she said, as the fresh blood on her wrist flowed out gurgling, forming a line that dripped onto my face one drop at a time.

A bloody aura spread out, mixed with the faint body scent drifting from her, making one dizzy.

Suddenly, she pressed her bleeding wrist hard against my mouth, and the gushing blood choked me, I almost vomited.

I shook my head desperately, but she somehow found the strength to stretch out her hand and tightly grasp my neck, fresh blood flowing down my throat into my stomach, like a swarm of centipedes crawling inside.

I started coughing, and my whole body had no strength to resist, letting her feed her own blood into my mouth.

"Will you remember me?" Her face turned even paler, her lips curled into a faint smile, but that smile sent shivers down one's spine.

She stood up, hanging her hands and began to circle around me step by step, her lips moving slightly, saying something that sounded like an incantation which I couldn't understand at all.

Fresh blood dripped from her fingertips onto the floor, forming a perfect circle, and I was right in the center of that circle!

"Stop! Stop!" I screamed hysterically at her, but she didn't seem to hear me, continuing with whatever ritual she was performing.

A wave of desolation suddenly surged up from the bottom of my heart, a thorough and utter despair that pierced through to the very marrow.

Tonight, am I really going to die?

I turned around and saw myself in the mirror - or rather, it wasn't me, but a face I was very familiar with!

He... He! I was stunned there, unable to say whether it was surprise or fear in my heart. The face in the mirror was actually Xiao Ge's face!

That face originally had a wicked smile, but as if knowing I was looking at him, it suddenly twisted, two eyes squeezed into the middle by layers of flesh, squeezed into two blood-red holes!

Those two holes seemed to have endless magic power, tearing everything inside me out alive!

"Ah...... no, no......" I twisted my body and shouted desperately, but my head "thudded" against something, a sharp pain spreading from the back of my skull.

  "What's wrong, Lantian?"

I suddenly woke up and opened my eyes to find myself still lying in bed, with no woman or mirror in sight.

I propped myself up, shook my head, and panted heavily, feeling my arm and face with my hand. "It's okay, it was just a dream..." I comforted myself, my whole body already drenched in cold sweat.

The person beside him asked, "Lan Tian, what's wrong with you? As soon as I came in, I heard you shouting 'don't want, don't want'!"

I turned around, and in front of me appeared the handsome face of a young man. His hair was dripping with water droplets, and his cheeks were radiating a healthy glow, probably just after taking a bath.

Recalling the scene in my dream, I still had a lingering fear in my heart and smiled wryly, "It's nothing, I just fell asleep and had a nightmare."

"Nightmare? What nightmare? Can you tell me about it?" Little Brother Xiao looked at me with interest.

The woman I just dreamed of is the boss of this Phoenix Inn, can I tell such an absurd and bizarre dream to Xiao Ge? I guess even if I told him, he wouldn't believe it!

I shook my head and replied, "Can't remember! But it was especially terrifying!" The Forbidden Spirit
