Xuán Mén Character Introduction
Brief Introduction of Characters (Gradually Increasing)
Tao Yao - The protagonist of this book, a young man with a strong sense of justice, has a unique and distinct personality: sometimes frivolous, sometimes solemn, sometimes humorous, and sometimes melancholic. He helps the weak and confronts the strong, and when faced with evil people, he becomes even more arrogant and unrestrained. However, towards his friends, he is warm, gentle, and considerate. In his heart, except for his unwavering commitment to "benevolence", he doesn't care about life and death, honor and disgrace, as long as the situation requires it, he can abandon traditional virtues like "loyalty, righteousness, and credibility" and use unscrupulous means when necessary. Mo Xian Yu Zhen once commented that he is "neither loyal nor righteous, neither good nor evil, but a rare talent among humans." He treats love with both dedication and passion, often struggling with conflicting emotions. The name "Tao Yao" is related to his background and is an important clue in this book.
Li Fengyi - Peach's sworn elder brother, due to experiencing life-changing events in his early years, became very eccentric. He often played games with the world, despised and hated people, but secretly helped countless people, harboring "malicious" intentions to save millions of people. He scorned all justice and morality, believing that the heavens always made people's fortunes and misfortunes balance out, so he went out of his way to make others happy, doing countless good deeds, yet thinking he was doing evil, feeling pleased with himself, with a motto "I use happiness to harm people". Peach looked up to him greatly, considering him one of the greatest figures in the world.
Long Bailin - a beautiful girl with unparalleled intelligence, who is well-versed in poetry, chess, and painting. She possesses strategic thinking that can change the outcome of events from thousands of miles away, but when it comes to relationships between men and women, she is completely clueless. Her childhood was marked by hardship and loneliness, which instilled in her a deep-seated fear of being alone and unloved. Initially, her heart was closed off, and her personal feelings occupied her entire being. However, after experiencing numerous trials and tribulations, and going through many thrilling adventures, she gradually began to care about the suffering of others, and her kind nature was slowly awakened, causing her heart to become more open and bright. Long Bailin appears in the second half of the first part of "Xuanmen", and has a significant presence in the second and third parts.
Dong Ye Xiaoxue - a pure and straightforward girl, simple-minded and true to others, wholeheartedly maintaining the interests of Emei Sect. Later fell in love with Tao Mengmeng (the protagonist), and also wholeheartedly maintained the interests of her lover. She dares to love and hate, speaking and acting directly and simply, all emotions are linear. However, she is cold inside, hiding a cold killing intent deep within, thus mastering the sharp and fierce Huaying Sword. Xiaoxue lost her parents at a young age and was taken in as a disciple by Emei's Luandu Dashi. She has a strange mark on her body (which she herself does not know), this mark hides an extremely important secret crucial to the battle between immortals and demons, ultimately changing her fate.
