  The Supreme Clarity Scripture Chapter One

  Above the clear purple mist, the Virtual Emperor of the Supreme Oneness appears. The Great Way of the Jade Morning Lord is revealed. In leisurely residence, the Seven-Character Poem of the Jewel-like Pearl is composed, transforming and changing into myriad spirits. This is the Inner Chapter of the Yellow Court, where the Heart of the Lute dances in triple rhythm with the Immortal Embryo. The Nine Energies shine brightly, emerging from the celestial realm, as the Divine Canopy of the Youthful Child gives birth to purple vapors. It is said that the Jade Book can be thoroughly refined and studied, recited a myriad times to ascend to the Three Heavens. A thousand calamities are dispelled, a hundred diseases cured, old age is repelled, and longevity is forever extended, without fear of the ferocity of tigers and wolves.

  Chapter 2 of Shang

  Above, the soul is connected to the Gate of Destiny; on the left is Lesser Yang and on the right is Greater Yin. Behind lies the Mysterious Portal, in front, the Gate of Life. With each breath, the sun rises and sets, the moon waxes and wanes. The four energies converge, the constellations are arrayed, the purple mist ascends and descends, the Three Essences are transformed into clouds. The Five Flowers bloom, nourishing the spiritual root; the Seven Liquids flow, irrigating the inner chamber. The majestic purple envelops the golden light, entering the Elixir Field; within the secluded chamber, the radiant Yang shines brightly.

  Mouth as Chapter Three

  The mouth is a jade pool, the Taihe official. Rinsing the throat with spiritual liquid, the disaster will not dry up. The body produces light and fragrance, the air is fragrant as orchids, and it can eliminate all evil and refine the jade face. If you carefully cultivate it, you will ascend to the vast coldness. Day and night, without sleep, you will become true, with thunder rumbling and electricity shocking, the spirit will be clear and bright.

  Huang Tingzhang Chapter 4

  Inside the Yellow Court, people wear brocade clothes, purple flowers fly with cloud-like sleeves. Vermilion and green ribbons, emerald spirit and lotus leaves. Seven jade bridges close two doors, double fans of golden locks and secret mechanisms. The mysterious spring is high and steep, in the midst of three fields, the subtle energy is faint. Beautiful women are secluded and hidden, shining brightly with eight majesties. Heaven's court and earth's gate are lined up like axes and chisels, the spiritual platform is solid and forever unyielding.

  The Fifth Chapter of Zhongchi

  In the middle of the pool, the divine attire is crimson and vermilion, with a cloud-patterned cloak and a tiger tally. The three-inch-wide ferry is where the spirits dwell, and the hidden mushrooms are luxuriant and dense, supporting each other.

  Tian Zhong Zhang Chapter 6

  In the heavenly center, the refined and delicate Jade Emperor strolls in his crystal palace. The roads are open and unobstructed, with no end to travel, and the majestic canopy covers the bright pearl. In the nine dark places, the sun and moon shine through the empty void, and in the mansion, there is a true constant wearing crimson robes. If one can see it clearly without any illness, the red pearl's spirit skirt shines brightly in front of the purple mist. The tongue beneath the mysterious shore of life and death, the two energies of blue and black intermingle, and if you encounter it, you will ascend to the heavenly Han River.

  The Ultimate Way Chapter 7

  The ultimate truth is not complicated, the true essence remains. The hundred joints of the muddy pellet all have spirit. The spirit of hair is Canghua, the character Taoyuan; the brain spirit is Jinggen, the character Niman; the eye spirit is Ming Shang, the character Yingxuan; the nose spirit is Yulü, the character Lingjian; the ear spirit is Kongxian, the character You Tian; the tongue spirit is Tongming, the character Zhenglun; the tooth spirit is Qiaofeng, the character Luochi. The one-faced spirit is Niman, Niman has nine true ones all with a house. In a square inch of space in this middle place, wearing purple clothes and flying silk robes. Only thinking of one department, longevity is endless, not each living separately in the brain. Listed in order, sitting facing outward, existing in the heart itself.

  Heart and Spirit Chapter 8

  Heart spirit Dan Yuan, the word is Shou Ling. Lung spirit Hao Hua, the word is Xu Cheng. Liver spirit Long Yan, the word is Han Ming, Yu Yu leads smoke to clear turbidity. Kidney spirit Xuan Ming, the word is Yu Ying. Spleen spirit Chang Zai, the word is Hun Ting. Gallbladder spirit Long, the word is Wei Ming. The six Fu and five Zang spirits are all in the heart, operating the heavenly classics. Day and night, preserve them to prolong life.

  Chapter 9 of Pulmonology

  The palace in the lungs is like a magnificent canopy, with a child sitting on a jade gate below. The seventh son governs the regulation of breath, corresponding to the Zhongyue nose position outside. Wearing white silk clothes and a yellow cloud belt, panting and breathing are not comfortable. Urgently storing the White Origin and harmonizing the six qi, the divine immortals gaze for a long time without disaster. Using it without stagnation, the body does not become stuck.

  Heart Chapter 10

  The palace of the heart contains lotus flowers, below which is the home of the elixir of youth. It governs the harmony of cold and heat, honor and defense, with brocade flying garments and jade-like complexion. Golden bells and crimson sashes sit in a gentle swaying motion, regulating blood and vital energy, so that the body does not wither. Externally, it responds to the mouth and tongue spitting out five flowers. When on the verge of death, calling upon it can also bring revival, and after a long time, practicing it can ascend to the great void.

  Liver Chapter Eleven

  In the liver, there is a dense and lush forest, below which resides the Blue Youth Spirit Lord. He governs all the key points of intelligence from the beginning, wearing brocade clothes and jade pendants. Harmonizing and regulating the soul's essence and liquid, externally responding to the clarity of eyes, sun, and moon. A hundred diseases do not remain without a cure, using it together for seven days will naturally fill up. Hanging on to the thought of death and rebirth, capturing the soul and returning the essence, forever without decline.

  Kidney Chapter Twelfth

  The palace of the kidney is round and dark, with a mysterious boy above. It governs the six organs and nine liquids, and externally corresponds to the two ears and hundred liquid dew. The cyan brocade cloud clothes dance dragon banner, ascending to the bright clouds and misty sun and moon. In case of hundreds of diseases and disasters, it is urgent to preserve the two water kings facing the gate of life, making people live long and ascend to the ninth heaven.

  Spleen Chapter Thirteenth

  The spleen's palace belongs to Wu and Ji, with a bright boy in yellow clothes inside. Digesting food and dispersing gas, it grasps the teeth, this is the two bright boys of the great warehouse. Sitting on the nine-story Golden City, one inch around the Gate of Life. In charge of adjusting the flavors of the five grains, warding off emptiness and winning without disease or injury. Externally responding to the Qi of the residence, fragrant colors, radiant splendor giving birth to clarity. Wearing yellow brocade, jade belt, tiger seal, contemplating the Three Elders lightly soaring, long life, high immortals, far from death's calamity.

  Chapter 14: Gallbladder Meridian

  The gallbladder's palace, six fu of essence, in the middle has a child shining with mighty light. Thunder and lightning shake the jade banner, dragon flags cross the sky and throw fire bells. In charge of all the energy to capture the tiger soldiers, externally responding to the eyes, nose, and pillar between them. The hair on the brain is also fresh and luxuriant, wearing nine-colored brocade clothes and green flowery skirt. Wearing golden belt with jade dragon and tiger patterns, able to preserve mighty light riding on celebratory clouds, commanding millions of spirits to pay homage to the three origins.

  Spleen Chapter Fifteenth

  The spleen is one foot long, covering the Tai Cang, in the middle, Lao Jun governs the Ming Tang. The mysterious yuan is named Hun Kang, governing human diseases and eliminating grain waste. Wearing a yellow robe with a purple belt and dragon-tiger seal, prolonging life and relying on the king's benevolence. Three calls to my name, the spirit communicates by itself, three elders sit together, each having their own friends. Either essence or fetus holds different directions, Peach Boy and Maiden harmonize to extend life and luxuriant beauty. Male and female, nine have peach-like health, Daoist father and mother face each other in expectation. Master father and master mother in Dan Xuan village, can be used to store thoughts and ascend to the void. Different paths meet once, returning to the ultimate end, Guan Sai's three passes grasp firmly and stop. Holding jade liquid in mouth, swallowing jade flowers. Thus reaching no hunger, three worms disappear. Heart intention always harmonious, leading to joy and prosperity, Wu Yue's cloud energy is majestic and powerful. Protecting the Jade Pavilion with self-reward, five forms complete and firm, no disaster or calamity.

  Chapter Sixteen of The Analects of Confucius

  Above, the three primal forces are like a string of pearls, shining brightly in all eight directions. The five spirits light up the night candles, illuminating the entire region. My inner nature and I take a stroll together. Wearing a cloak with phoenix designs and holding a tiger tally, I ascend to the void in an instant. In the space of a square inch, my thoughts are deeply stored, not square or round, closing the window shutters. The three spirits return to their original state, old and strong, guarding the soul within, without contention. The spirit is born in the abdomen, holding a jade pendant, the soul is focused on the mysterious and obscure, how can it be lost? The divine orders are like a million threads, shading and protecting me, my three souls are at peace, fulfilling the emperor's decree.

  Ling Tai Chapter Seventeenth

  The Lingtai is overcast and looks out at the Yellow Wilderness, with three inches of different rooms above and below. The interval between the gate and the camp is high and mysterious, receiving the Purple Extreme Spirit Gate. This was what Taishang told me in the past, the Left Divine Master's divine words were issued. On the right, there are White Origin and Standing Places, the Bright Hall Golden Casket Jade Room. The Upper Clear True Person is before me, Huang Changzi's Dan Qi frequently annoys. Borrowing to ask what is at the ends of both eyebrows, the inner knights Sun Moon list Chen, seven planets nine yuan crown life gate.

  The Triple Frontier Chapter Eighteen

  In the Triple Warmer, the essence and energy are deep; within the Nine Orifices, it is secluded and dark. The mouth is the Heart's official for spirit and intelligence, the feet are the Earth's official for life and death, the hands are the Human's official for grasping prosperity and decline.

  Chapter Nineteenth

  If you obtain the Three Palaces' Stored Mysterious Elixir, the Taiyi's Flowing Pearl stabilizes Kunlun. Layer upon layer of pavilions and twelve rings, from top to bottom all are True People. The Jade Hall's crimson roof is entirely the Mysterious Palace, the jade scales and jade balances open with a blue lotus. Gazing afar at the Infant sitting on the Panhu, asking whose child is in my body. This person goes where into the muddy pellet, thousands and hundreds self-connected. One by one, ten by ten like overlapping mountains, cloudy ornaments and jade splendor beside the ear gate. The Red Emperor's old soul and my own soul, the Three Truths support each other across the river of life. The Five斗 illuminate the bright seven primordials, the sun and moon fly between the six harmonies. In the imperial homeland, heaven and earth converge at the Gate of Origin, all aspects of the soul and spirit mutually exist.

  Breathing Chapter Twenty

  Breathing in the primordial energy to seek immortality, the immortal lord's son is already ahead. The vermilion bird spits out and contracts the white stone source, condensing essence and nurturing the womb to transform and give birth to a new body. Retaining the embryo and stopping the seminal emission can lead to long life, the three energies returning to the right and the nine paths becoming clear. The Orthodox Unity contains the splendor and is full, gazing afar at the one heart like a net of stars. Under the golden chamber, can I not topple? Extending my white-haired head to return to childhood.

  Qiong Shi Zhang Chapter 21

  In the room of Qiong, eight elements gather, and Mud Ball Lady stands in the middle. Long Valley Xuan Yang surrounds the village, six dragons scatter and fly, hard to distinguish. Long Sheng rushes into the house of caution, why does death make Ling's spirit cry? Suddenly, disaster strikes, three spirits die, but when should I absorb the essence of Zi Jing? An inch of land, a foot of house can cure life, if you decide to pour out the sea and a hundred rivers. Leaves fall, trees wither, lose their green, energy disappears, liquid leaks, not one's own form. Close your eyes, control your breath, and you will be long and peaceful, protect my three spirits of Mud Ball. Tranquil and calm, close your eyes, and understand yourself, all things are not related to Tai Ping. The meaning is clear, it's not an old matter, Ding again, thinking about the Jade Book entering the Supreme Clearness.

  Chapter 22 of the Lotus Sutra

  Always recite the three houses to communicate and reach, understanding that seeing is not internal or external. Preserve the five teeth and do not starve, the divine light holds the six Ding to pay respects. Urgently guard the essence chamber and do not leak, close it and treasure it to live long. Arising from the form initially not broad, the three officials are near and easy to hide and grasp. Empty and quiet, searching in the void, making the form like this is not to be polluted. The nine chambers are upright and empty, the divine light resides, preserving thoughts and hundred thoughts viewing the festive season. The six palaces repair and do not make mistakes, walking self-soaring entering the heavenly road.

  Chapter 23 of the Treatise on the Control of Life

  The way of governing life is not complicated, but it's about cultivating the mysterious and subtle with the Jade Scripture. Practicing the eight scenes in the body and the twenty-four true ones emerging naturally. The soul is at peace, free from worries, and the clear spirit converses with me. In the Purple Chamber, between the left and right curtains, standing or sitting outside the room for three to five moments. Burning incense, receiving the jade-like truth in front of the Jade Flower, together entering the Taiji chamber through the Xuanji gate. Deeply researching the tranquil and calm Taoist garden, introspectively gazing at the true essence. The True Person is within oneself, don't ask the neighbors, why search far for causes and conditions.

  Shadow Chapter Twenty-Four

  Invisible and formless, distinct from the world, containing energy and nourishing essence, mouth like vermilion. Holding onto life and guarding emptiness, name entering the Supreme Clarity, death record eliminated, joy of the three spirits due to hidden dwelling. Suddenly roaming freely without leftover worries, feathered garment complete, eight winds driving. Controlling the chariot of the Three Pures, riding on morning clouds, golden carriage upright, following Jade Companion. Why not ascend the mountain and recite my book? Deeply secluded, true person's village. Entering the mountain, what difficulty is there to hesitate, human world noisy like a whirlwind.

  Chapter 25 of Wu Xing

  The five elements push and return to one, the three fives combine qi nine times. Can be used to hide in the ground and return with eight techniques, Fuxi's mysterious gate Luo's product list. Three brights come out of Hua's life and death boundary, Tongfang's spiritual image fights day and month. Father said Niwan mother one, two lights shine into Zi's room. Able to preserve the mysterious truth after all things are done, one body spirit cannot be lost.

  Gao Ben Zhang Chapter 26

  I gallop through the sun and moon, my way is high. The dignified appearance of the king's side is good at protecting each other. Then I see the jade clear void old, can restore complexion fill blood brain. Mouth holding spiritual millet carrying five emperors, waist wearing tiger (top bamboo bottom record) wearing gold, driving (left flame right owe) receiving life banquet east Mongolian.

  Chapter 27 of the Xuan Yuan Zhang

  Refine the primordial spirit, and the essence of things will be revealed. One must attain the true origin to look back and reflect, and eliminate all impurities and death energy. The six spirits gather in the void for a festive celebration, forming pearls to solidify the essence and nurture the spiritual root. Jade (upper) bamboo (lower) Shi always complete and firm, closing the mouth and curling the tongue to ingest the fetal liquid, allowing me to refine and attain the flying immortal.

  The Sage's Chapter Twenty-Eighth

  Immortals and Taoist priests are not divine, but accumulate essence and energy to become true. The wonderful sound of the Yellow Youths is hard to hear, the jade book and red silk text. The words say that the True Man wears a golden hat, carries a sword and holds a talisman to open the seven gates. The fire soldiers' talismans are all prepared at the spiritual pass, with the front raised high and the back low, arranged in order. Holding a hundred-foot sword, dancing with brocade banners, ten absolute disks spinning in mid-air, fanning the altar. The fire bell crown falls from the cloudy team, peaceful between the two eyebrows of the Yellow Emperor, this is not the branch but the root.

  Zi Qing Zhang Chapter 29

  The Purple Clarity Supreme Emperor's Great Way is majestic and harmonious, with the noble and virtuous attending at his side. Transforming and giving birth to all things, I become an immortal, ascending to the tenth heaven to ride on a jade wheel. Day and night for seven days, think without sleeping, if you can practice this, you can live forever. Accumulating merit and achieving refinement is not natural, it is due to sincerity and also due to focus. Internally guarding the firm truth of reality, in emptiness being calm and serene, one's spirit will naturally be attained.

  Chapter 30 of Bai Gu Jing

  The land of the hundred valleys is refined and pure,

  the external beauty of the five flavors is evil and demonic.

  The stench confuses the divine brightness, the fetal energy is exhausted,

  how can one reverse old age and return to infancy?

  The three souls are suddenly scattered and lost,

  why not eat the qi and harmonize with the essence?

  Therefore, one can avoid death and enter the Yellow Emperor's paradise.

  Heart Canon Chapter Thirty-One

  The Heart is the monarch of the Five Viscera, and its movements are controlled by the Way of Virtue. When calm and serene, it shines with a bright light; when sitting or standing, I am always in harmony with it. During the day, it manifests its radiance, and at night, it closes up and conceals itself, thus regulating the harmony of yin and yang.

  Chapter Thirty-Two of Experiencing

  Having gone through the six combinations of hidden, buried and stored, the spirit of the two kidneys is in charge of prolonging life. When it reverses and descends to the position of "duo" and hides at the beginning of the ninth, one knows that the male can guard the female and there will be no aging. Knowing white and seeing black, quickly sit and guard.

  Liver Qi Chapter Thirty-Three

  The liver's energy is clear and long, listing the six organs to produce three lights. The heart's essence is focused inward, not leaning, merging with the triple heater above and the jade fluid below. The mysterious liquid flows away from the foul odor, treating the scattered hair and teeth, refining the five directions. Taking the heavenly dew into the bright hall, moistening the throat, the divine light is clear, sitting in attendance under the magnificent canopy, touring the noble capital, floating, the three emperors' seats are cool and refreshing, the five-colored cloud energy is luxuriant and green, closing one's eyes to look inward, mutually gazing. Causing the heart and various spirits to return to reverence, the seven mysterious flowers open the gate of life. Circulating the heavenly way, preserving the mysterious root, 120 years can still be restored. Passing this, guarding the Tao is truly difficult, only waiting for the nine turns of the eight trigrams elixir. Wanting to restore the essence and thought, storing the seven sources, the sun and moon's splendor saves the old and worn out. The heavenly energy flows and connects without end.

  The Lung Chapter Thirty-Four

  The lungs are the origin of Qi, and the Triple Burner arises from it. The eyes and ears are the orifices of the mysterious and obscure, waiting for the Infant. Regulate the five flavors to nourish the teeth, twenty-six swallows of Jade Pond within. Open up the hundred vessels, blood and fluids begin to flow, complexion radiant with golden jade luster. Teeth firm, hair black, unaware of white, preserve this true spirit, do not let it scatter. Remember that in this palace there is a seat, all spirits gather together, searching for each other.

  Hidden Chapter Thirty-Five

  Conceal the feathered canopy to gaze at the celestial abode, and joyfully call out to the morning sun. The eight trigrams of the clear spirit rectify evil, and the spleen spirit returns to its rightful place in the stomach. Nourishing the spiritual root, it will not wither again; closing the gate of fate, protecting the jade capital. With a surplus of longevity, this is called the spleen establishing itself in the central palace. The five viscera and six bowels are governed by the clear spirit, merging with the heavenly gate to enter the bright hall. Guarding the feminine and storing the masculine, the three lights converge at the top; externally square and internally round, the spirit resides within. Unblocking the blood vessels of the five viscera, they become abundant; the bones are blue-green, the tendons are red, and the marrow is like frost. The spleen saves the seven orifices from calamity, arranging yin and yang in the sun and moon. The two spirits meet to transform into jade flowers, with a subtle flavor, the heavenly and human food. The vermilion elixir advances, the sacrificial offerings are arranged in yellow; this is called the crystal gelatin and jade frost. The Supreme One conceals the eight pure jades, nourishing the eight liquids, the kidneys receive the essence. Hidden within the great yin, I see my form; stirring up the wind, the three mysteries emerge from the beginning of blue. In a state of reverie, arriving at clarity and purity, sitting on the windy platform, seeing the red birth. The joyful realm is serene and true, nourishing the glorious splendor; internally reflecting, silently refining the five forms. The three energies wander to obtain spiritual clarity, hiding the dragon, concealing the fungus, cloud-like, jade flowers. This can satisfy hunger and make all spirits full; above, it covers the mysterious mystery, below, it treads on the tiger seal.

  Bathing Chapter Thirty-Six

  Bathing in the pure and clean, discarding excess and fragrance, entering the room facing east to recite the Jade Scripture. After achieving ten thousand recitations, the meaning becomes clear on its own, dispersing desires to achieve long preservation. The five flavors all arrive, the vital energy returns, calming the mind and eliminating vexation. Having passed through numerous transformations, the body and spirit become refined, the Yellow Maiden informs you of her feelings. When the True Person arrives, he sends the Six Ding, immediately receiving the Great Cavern Scripture. Ten recitations, four bows, morning audience with the Supreme. First pay respects to the Emperor, then face north, the Jade Book within the Yellow Court is clear and flowing. The transmitter says "Teacher", the receiver vows, cloud brocade phoenix pattern golden buttons wrapped around. Using it to cut off desires, skin and flesh whole, hand in hand ascending the mountain to sip the Elixir of Dan. Only then can the Golden Scripture be proclaimed, transmitted to inform the Three Officials. Do not let the Seven Ancestors suffer from dark calamity, the Supreme's subtle words convey divine immortality, the path of non-death is this true scripture.
