  Upper Crossing First

  The Old Lord dwells in leisure, composing a seven-character poem, explaining the body shape and various spirits. Above is the Yellow Court, below is the Gate of Origin, behind is the Mysterious Portal, and in front is the Life Gate.

  "Breathe in the chamber of the elixir field, clear water from the jade pool irrigates the spiritual root. If you can cultivate it carefully, you can live forever. In the Yellow Court, people wear red clothes."

  Guan Yuan Mao's majestic and powerful appearance is like a high mountain, his spirit is strong and unyielding. In the midst of his dan tian (lower abdomen), his vital energy is subtle and refined. The clear water of the jade pool rises to nourish him.

  The spirit root is firm and unyielding, in the central pool there are scholars wearing red robes, three inches below the horizontal line where the gods reside, inside and outside separated by a heavy closure.

  In the temple of the gods, one should cultivate and repair; the mysterious chamber receives the essence of the jade pass, urgently solidifying the vital energy to maintain oneself. In the residence, there is a scholar who always wears a long gown.

  A child can see it and not be ill,

  Set up a long ruler to measure its height,

  A child can guard it, or perhaps not provoke it,

  Breathing in the space between to make amends.

  The child's protection is complete, and the body receives congratulations. In the square inch of the mind, carefully cover and store. The spirit returns to old age and rejuvenation, and the heart knot is untied, flowing down in competition.

  Nourishing the jade tree makes it strong and luxuriant. The ultimate truth is untroubled and without worry, the spiritual platform communicates with heaven and overlooks the central plains, in the space of an inch, there are barriers and obstacles below.

  In the Jade Chamber, the divine gate is open. It was the noble son who taught me. The bright hall extends in all directions, the source of the ocean of law. The true man's cinnabar is before me.

  In the Three Passes, the vital energy is deep; if you want to avoid death, cultivate Kunlun. The Twelve-Storeyed Jade Palace has multiple layers, and in the Crystal Chamber, the five colors gather.

  Chi God's son Zhongchi stands, below has Long City Xuan Valley Village, long life must be careful room urgent, abandon * dedicated son essence.

  An inch of land is a house that can cure life, a thread of silk is a long-lasting peace of mind, three spirits are pushed to travel and play, and there is no trouble in the world, the heart is too peaceful.

  Always keep the jade chamber spirit clear and bright, sometimes think of the great warehouse without hunger or thirst, use the six Ding and Yu girls to quench thirst, close the gate of essence and you can live long.

  In front of the main hall of Zhengshi Temple, purify your mind and govern yourself without corruption. Observe the five internal organs and inspect their functions, and repair and cleanse the six viscera like silk.

  Emptiness is the natural way of nature. Things have a natural way and are not troubled. Hanging upside down without effort, the body is at peace. The dwelling place of emptiness is in the midst of stillness.

  Lonely and quiet, with mouth unspoken, a true gentleman of refined and independent character. Leisurely and free from desires, strolling in the Virtue Garden, pure and fragrant before the Jade Maiden.

  Central through second

  Create a path for carefree wandering in deep solitude, nourish and protect your life with emptiness, be calm and content, free from worries, with wings already formed, ready to soar.

  Long life and far sight have flown away, the five elements are different but share the same root, three fives combine their energy as one, who can share with them the struggle of day and month?

  Embracing jade and cherishing pearls in the chamber of the child, the child is able to guard against all things coming to an end. The child has it within himself to hold on without losing anything. Even if he desires not to die, he will enter the golden chamber.

  The great sun and moon are my way, heaven seven earth three mutually guarding, rising falling advancing retreating harmonious forever, jade and stone falling is my treasure.

  Since it is naturally possessed, why not preserve it? The heart is enlightened, the foundation is cultivated, and the splendor is nourished. In harmony with heaven and earth, the essence is stored, and the seven orifices are mutually harmonious.

  Above Kunlun there is no confusion, in the ninefold mountain what a majestic sight, within there are true people who can be entrusted with orders, hidden by purple official boat city towers.

  Chivalrous ones regard days and months as bright pearls, ten thousand years shining brightly without end. External foundation of three (yang, things) comes naturally, internal restraint of three spirits can achieve longevity.

  The soul wants to ascend to heaven and the spirit enters the abyss. The soul returns, the spirit is restored, and the way becomes natural. Thus, the pearl is formed, the spiritual root is solidified, the jade is complete, and the body is strong and firm.

  Carrying the earth and suspending the heaven, surrounding the universe,

  The image is like a red boat with four seasons,

  In front of it, the door is humble and low,

  Selected to return to Dan and Xuan Spring.

  The tortoise leads the energy to the spiritual root, in which there is a true person with golden scarf, carrying armor and holding talismans to open the seven gates. This is not supporting leaves but is actually the root.

  Day and night, I fear that it can be long preserved. The immortal creates the scholar, there is no difference in having. Accumulating essence leads to harmony and benevolence. People all eat grains and the five flavors.

  Eating alone is too harmonious with yin and yang energy, so it can live forever. The heavenly appearance has been tried, and the five organs each have a square inch. The heart is the king of the five organs.

  The mind is calm and peaceful, the Tao naturally makes me bright and clear. In the daytime, it shines brightly, at night, it guards itself. When thirsty, I get dew, when hungry, I am full.

  Having gone through the six palaces of Zi and Wu, I understand the essence of adjusting yin and yang. The yang that has turned into yin is stored in Jiu, and one can always practice it without growing old.

  The liver's energy is refined and extended, governing the five organs and directing the three lights. It connects with the Triple Burner above and the Jade Fluid below, while my spirit and nine souls reside in the center.

  The spring flows and the fragrance reaches the nose, standing in the mysterious hall of Xuan Ying, the thunder and lightning are heard from afar, the right is You, the left is Mao, this is my room.

  The Lower Third of the Du Channel

  The door of the will is the heavenly way. It is near in the body and yet it must be guarded by oneself. In stillness and quietude, the spirit stops and rests. The spiritual intelligence opens and unfolds, distinguishing and separating.

  Carefully await the heavenly way of long life grass, seven orifices already open unaware of old age, still sitting at the heavenly gate guarding yin and yang, descending to the throat god's brightness is clear.

  Under the lotus canopy, it is clear and cool, the Great Clear Spiritual Abyss sees my form, expecting to return to youth and live a long life, passing through the Splendid Pool, stirring the kidney essence.

  Stand in the Bright Hall and gaze at the Cinnabar Field, then all the spirits will open the Gate of Destiny, communicate with the Heavenly Path and preserve the Spiritual Root, the Yin and Yang are arranged like flowing stars.

  The liver Qi circulates and returns, finally without end. The lung is the master of Qi, the Triple Burner originates from it. The upper seat is Tianmen Hou, the old pathway. The fluid and liquor spring connect with the six Fu organs.

  Open two ears on both sides of the nose, peek at the sky and earth to preserve the child's spirit, harmonize the essence to treat hair and teeth, and the complexion is radiant and no longer white.

  Below the throat is a series of falls, all spirits gather to search for it. The lower part of the Taixi Palace is purple in color, hiding the canopy and observing Tonglu.

  Concentrate your mind and spirit, transform and call out to each other. Observe my divine light, dispel all evil. The spleen spirit returns to rely on the large intestine, reaching the stomach duct, empty and void.

  The spirit root is preserved and will not wither again. The gate of life is closed, like a jade capital. Longevity is transmitted for tens of thousands of years, with plenty to spare. The god in the spleen governs the central palace.

  Morning assembly of five zang and six fu, three yang and upper convergence of heavenly gate and ming tang, smooth flow of six fu and adjustment of five elements, metal wood water fire earth as king.

  Tong Li stops sweating as a gel, repairs and protects the seven orifices to eliminate evil spirits. Two gods wait for each other to transform into jade flowers, receiving heavenly energy and benefiting longevity.

  The sun and moon are arranged in a row, the five organs are most refined in the kidneys, hidden in the supreme yin to form my body, entering and exiting through the two orifices to harmonize with the yellow court.

  Breathing in emptiness, I see my form, strong and robust, my muscles and bones flourishing. Suddenly, I don't see the green spirits passing by; instead, a few small children sit under the hut.

  Inner breath thinking of spiritual light, coming out from the Heavenly Gate of Great Emptiness, calmly and serenely without desires, nurturing the majestic stem, wearing and eating the mysterious energy can bring about life.

  Still return to the seven gates of Drinking Taoyuan, pass through my hanging jade pendant over Qingling, sit between the pendants and see a young boy, ask Xian Yu and Qi Fang.

  Wear and eat zicao and zi hua ying, wear white socks and dan tian on the head, bathe in a luxurious pool to cultivate spiritual roots, three palaces harmonize to open the gate of life.

  The five flavors are all excellent and the vital energy is restored. By spreading it out, it can be preserved for a long time. The great Tao is vast and clear; do not trouble your mind. My words are finished; do not transmit them recklessly.
