Chapter 16: Corrupting Morals and Social Norms

Chapter Sixteen: The Corruption of Morals and Manners

It's strange to say, but Kong Yue Mei had a particularly good day today. It's been almost a year since she last got lucky, and today it seemed like the whole street was infatuated with her, one customer after another asking for private performances. After finally dealing with the last customer, she stumbled back home with a bulging purse, only to suddenly see someone in a police uniform banging on her door, which left her stunned.

Pang Da Hu turned around, furrowed his brow instantly, and Kong Yue Mei's pungent perfume made him unbearable: "Ah-choo... uh?"

"Excuse me, are you Lin Junyun's mother?" asked the English teacher.

"What's wrong with Lin Junyun?" Kong Yue Mei suddenly became tense, wondering if something unexpected had happened to him or if he had done something wrong. She suddenly remembered that yesterday she was confident in helping herself pay off debts, thinking that he must have done something bad outside and now the police were at their doorstep.

"It's like this, I'm Lin Junyue's English teacher. He's the parent of one of our students. His kid hasn't come home since school let out. Another student said he came to your house after school. Lin Junyue's phone is turned off and we're worried about the two kids, so we've come to look for them." The English teacher explained seriously. Pang Datou only told the English teacher that Pang Guang hadn't come home, without mentioning anything about a robbery suspect.

"Oh, I see. You scared me to death! I thought something had happened to our family's Junyun!" Kong Yue Mei patted her chest, and the stone in her heart finally fell down, hurrying to take out the key to open the door.

"Pang Guang, Pang Guang." As soon as the door opened, Pang Da Hu rushed in anxiously and shouted loudly, but after a while, there was no response.

Kong Yue Mei also became anxious: "My daughter said she was sick this morning and didn't go to school, she should be at home, but there's no reaction from outside with such a big commotion, nothing bad happened, right?" She quickly went to open the door of Lin Jun Yun's room, fortunately, it wasn't locked, and it opened with a "creak".

"Ah……" Five voices came out of four mouths, all equally astonished. The scene in front of them left them stunned. The English teacher exclaimed that the world was going downhill, the director's face was expressionless, Liu Xiang gritted his teeth in anger, and the most miserable-looking were Pang Datou and Kong Yuemei, who seemed to have lost their souls. At this time, Pang Guang and Lin Junyun were actually sleeping together, with Lin Junyun's leg on top of Pang Guang's stomach. Pang Guang was even more outrageous, occasionally letting out thunderous snores, swallowing saliva, and licking his lips, as if he was having a beautiful dream. Under the bed, white tissues were scattered all over the place, making everyone present imagine all sorts of things.

"Bastard, you've completely lost face for me! The other book friends are watching!" Pang Dahu suddenly jumped up and rushed over to pull the quilt open, forcibly dragging Pang Guang out of bed.

Kong Yue Mei was already crying uncontrollably, unable to speak. She thought Lin Jun Yun did this just to help her pay off the 50 yuan debt: "Jun Yun, why are you so foolish? If I had known you'd do this, I wouldn't have let you help me with the money. I thought you were making a living by being a tutor, but instead you're following in my footsteps, what's the point?"

"You... you... are corrupting the morals!" The director of studies was so angry that his whole body was shaking, he couldn't believe that his students would do something so morally corrupt. After being speechless for half a day, he finally said a fluent sentence to Pang Datou and Kong Yuemei: "Dongcheng Middle School is a provincial key middle school, absolutely cannot allow such things to happen, you two come to the school at 9 o'clock tomorrow." After finishing speaking, he slammed the door and left.

The English teacher was stunned for a moment, speechlessly looked at her favorite student Lin Junyun, and shook her head to follow.

"Stinky boy, wake up for me." Pang Dahu bent down and started working on both sides, slapping Pang Guang's face. After a long time, he slowly opened his eyes, smiled foolishly: "Dad, you're here too?" After speaking, his head tilted to one side, and he fell asleep again.

"Huh? What's going on, has my brain gone bad?" Pang Dahu was stunned, looked up at Kong Yuemei for help, Kong Yuemei shrugged her shoulders, indicating that she couldn't do anything about it. So he looked at the bed and wanted to find an answer from Lin Junyun, only to discover that Lin Junyun had already woken up and was looking at them in confusion.

"Jun Yun, are you awake?" Kong Yue Mei hurried over to support Lin Jun Yun and looked him up and down, seeing that his clothes were tidy. She specifically checked the bed sheet, which was also clean and dry. Only then did she ask with concern: "What happened earlier? How did it end up like this?"

"What are you talking about?" Lin Junyun rubbed his sleepy eyes and looked at Kong Yuebai in confusion.

"Is this classmate, Lin Junyun, right?" Pang Dahu looked at the still sleeping Pang Guang, stood up and looked at this girl with very beautiful eyes: "I am Pang Guang's father. You are all high school students now, saying big is not big, saying small is not small. I don't oppose you talking about love at this time, but it should be gradual. I think your behavior today was a bit too hasty. Tell Uncle, how could he do such a thing?"

"Hey, what's with the romance? What did I do with your family's Pang Guang today? Speak clearly." Lin Junyun was anxious, although he didn't understand, but still guessed a bit from the scene, this matter must be related to Pang Guang.

At this time, Kong Yue Mei also squeezed over from the side and curiously asked: "Jun Yun, tell Mom, just now you all slept together, was it to help Mom pay back the money?"

"With him? Slept together?" Lin Junyun woke up from a nap, feeling not as uncomfortable as before, but his mind was still unclear, and he didn't understand Kong Yue's words, so he shook his head in confusion.

Kong Yue Mei then roughly described the scene she had just seen.

"Fainted." Lin Junyun was stunned after hearing this, pointing at Pang Guang with his index finger: "You're saying that this guy climbed onto my bed? I had a severe dizzy spell earlier and accidentally fell asleep,"

"Hmm, when we came in, you were sleeping together."

"You beast, I'll strangle you to death." Lin Junyun sprang up from the bed and was about to fight with Pang Guang.

"Hey, what are you doing? Speak properly." Pang Dahu quickly intercepted Lin Junyun.

"Jun Yun, tell mom what's going on. The head teacher asked us to go to school tomorrow to explain this matter. You tell me what happened and I'll think of a way." Kong Yue Mei pulled Lin Jun Yun behind her and protected him until she was sure he was out of range of Pang Da Hu's reach before turning around to ask him.

"That's right, tell us what happened." Pang Dahu also came over.

"Hey, you beast, don't go, stop right there." Lin Junyun didn't respond to Kong Yue's and Pang Datou's words, instead he shouted towards the back of Pang Datou.

Pang Da Hu and Kong Yue Mei both turned their heads to look, only to find that the floor where Pang Guang was originally lying on was empty, a figure had quickly slipped out of the room.
