The Land of Windshield
Bai Yao led Su Ya to a dilapidated wooden hut, pushed open the creaky door with his hand, and Su Ya followed him in. She was immediately hit by a pungent musty smell that made her cough several times. When she looked up, she saw that the room was very small, with rotten wooden planks on all sides. Except for a wooden bed covered in thick dust leaning against one corner of the wall, there was nothing else.
"This was originally a human residence that got lost in this forest." Bai Yao raised his slender hand, lifted the spider web that obstructed his vision, and slowly said, "But fifty years ago he was eaten by the demons here, so no one has lived here since."
What?! Su Ya nearly screamed out loud, she would rather have misheard just now. Demons, this world actually has demons? And they eat people, what kind of world has she come to?
She subconsciously glanced at her own body, no mistake, this was how she dressed when she went out in the morning, a pair of 7/8 length jeans on the lower half and a simple pink doll shirt on top, except for the bloodstain on her waist, she also wore a pair of lady shoes that she had just bought. This indeed proved to be her own body, at the same time it also proved that she wasn't dreaming, she had died and come back to life, and what's more, she had arrived in a strange world, no, an extremely dangerous world, this feeling was so strong that it told itself.
"Alright, now we can have a good talk."
Bai Yao turned around, raised her hand and gently waved it. Suddenly, a strange white light flickered before her eyes, and then two sprouts burst out of the wooden floor beneath her feet. They grew slowly with the naked eye, and in less than a moment, they transformed into a brand new wooden table and chair set.
This incredible scene made Su Yao feel very unbelievable. No way, what's the difference between this and those immortal cultivators in TV dramas who can perform magic?
Bai Yao slowly sat down, ignoring Su Yu's startled and apprehensive expression, pointing to the empty seat across from him and saying softly, "Sit."
Su Ya was taken aback and then sat down quietly.
"Let me show you this first."
As soon as the words fell, Bai Yao stretched out his slender and beautiful fingers, lightly tapping on the surface of the table below his eyes. The tabletop was like a calm water surface that rippled with his finger movements, and then a map slowly emerged from the originally blank tabletop, with mountains and seas separating the middle.
"What is this map?" Su Ya stared at the strange map below her eyes, where the world was composed of the shape of the Bagua diagram, divided into eight large blocks, separated by a blue sea.
"The Country of Wind and Mirror."
Su Ya remembered that he had mentioned the name of this world before.
He pointed to the location on the map, which was slightly biased towards the front of the four sides, and slowly said: "This world is composed of eight countries. Except for Shenghai Country, each country has an emperor, and each country is divided into ten states. The strongest country in the east is called Shunyan Country, their king is the incarnation of God, the rebirth of the immortal Zhuque clan. The kings of Mutu Country to the south and Fenglei Country to the west are human. To the north, where we are now, Shenghai Country, except for a few villages on the outskirts, it's almost a place where demons live, so there is no king. Therefore, the closest country to the east, adjacent to Shunyan Country, is Fenglan Country, which becomes one of the four major countries, and the king of this country is a half-demon."
Another three countries are small countries. Later Nan Le Shun country, beastmen and humans live in peace, and their king is also a demon king.
Later Xiliang and Later Beiliang were established, the kings of these two countries were also human. The land of the eight nations was separated by a vast mountain range.
"This is a world composed of gods, humans and demons, called the Wind Mirror Country. Suoyao, did you understand?"
"Am I dreaming?" Su Ya smiled triumphantly at Bai Yao, finding it hard to believe what she was hearing about gods and demons.
"This is a dream, right..."
She smiled suddenly and muttered to herself, yes, it's a dream, she must be dreaming.
"It's not a dream."
A cold voice suddenly came forward, like a splash of icy water pouring over her entire body, ruthlessly shattering her hopes.
"And you"
Su Ya slowly lifted her head, facing Bai Yao's expressionless face, watching as he slowly opened his lips to say something, making her so nervous that she had already forgotten how to breathe next.
"Not a human being either."
