Chapter 6: The Disappearance in the Locked Room

  "Where's Katie?" Zheng Hanfei asked in a hurry after coming out of the restroom, only to find Nan Ruoxuan standing outside waiting for him and Gu Jie to come out, while Katie was nowhere to be seen.

  "She? She said she went up first." Nan Ruoxuan said.

  "Where is the key to that conference room?"

  "Of course it's in my hands!" Nan Ruoxuan took out the key from his pocket and dangled it in front of Zheng Hanfei.

  "Let me see!" Zheng Hanfei hastily stretched out his hand, worried that Katie would take the opportunity to switch it. His goal in taking the lead was to open the door and let Dilo come out of what was supposed to be a secret room.

  "Not giving!" Nan Ruo Xun made a face and continued to hold onto the key, teasing Zheng Han Fei.

  "Never mind, since you don't want to, I won't bother you." Zheng Hanfei put his hands in his pockets and leaned against the wall, waiting for Gu Jie to come out of the bathroom.

  "Don't ever underestimate anyone." Katie said from behind Zheng Hanfei, disdainfully, "Don't think that just because your reasoning skills are a bit stronger, you can look down on others."

  "What's going on?" Zheng Hanfei turned his head to look at Katie, ignoring her words and asked instead, "How did your clothes and face get so wet?"

  "What's it to you?" Katie didn't want to tell Zheng Hanfei, but in case he suspected her again, she had no choice but to say, "I just went to wash my face and cool off."

  Zheng Hanfei took a deep look at her and continued to think about Di Luo's magic trick.

  "Now the countdown begins." Kitty glanced at the time and said, "If the case isn't cracked by 12:00 noon, Gu Jie and Nan Ruoxuan's second test will end in failure."
