Chapter 6: The Bizarre Human-Faced Cat (12) Part One
The "kill a dog with anger" uncle is indeed a broad-minded and stout person, he didn't react at all to my previous action, still snoring away by himself, and that snore has a unique tone, the usual snores I heard are basically without any rhythm, but this "kill a dog with anger" uncle's snore tone has always combined all tones from 1 to 7, and the last long howl returns to tone 1.
I gently rubbed **, then carefully felt around on the table and found that flashlight. I wanted to see what was going on, what exactly was on this bed, so I opened the flashlight and shone it onto the bed. The dark yellow beam hit the bed, but there was nothing in front of me, suddenly my eyes were fixed on the quilt as if they had been electrocuted, that quilt was covered with sticky **, I leaned forward a bit, used my finger to pick up a little and put it on the tip of my nose, that ** emitted a familiar strange fragrance.
My eyebrows furrowed in puzzlement, when suddenly a "gurgling" sound came from beside my ear. At first I thought it was just my imagination, after all Uncle "Gassed Dog"'s snores were like thunder, but upon closer listening the sound really was coming from right beside my ear. This sound immediately made me think of that terrifying man-faced cat.
The sound seemed to be coming from a nearby human-faced cat, and I couldn't help but become vigilant, tightly gripping the flashlight as I slowly moved my body in the direction of "Gassed Dog" uncle. It seemed that the monster was right next to me. Suddenly, it felt like I had stepped on something fluffy underfoot, and I hastily retreated two steps before shining the dim yellow light onto the fluffy thing.
At first glance, I couldn't help but swallow hard. The thing in front of me was about the size of a small white mouse, with black down growing on its body, and its pale little face looked like a miniature baby's face, with a large Adam's apple that kept bobbing up and down, making the sound coming from its throat.
I hastily retreated backwards, then rummaged through my clothes, only to find a few fragments of the eggshell. Strangely, the shell had already turned into a pale white powder. I suddenly realized what was happening and threw away my clothes, cautiously approaching the little creature.
At this time, the little guy seemed to have sensed danger, and the few black hairs on the back of his neck stood up particularly eye-catching. The two small paws that looked like knife blades suddenly stood up, and he suddenly pounced on me. This little guy had extremely strong bouncing ability, and directly pounced on my face.
I thought this little guy looked stupid and wouldn't have any attacking power, but who would have thought that its explosive force was so strong, it could suddenly jump over a meter high. I hastily dodged, but it was already too late, the little guy pounced on my face in an instant, my heart sank, thinking that this time I'm done for, even if this thing can't peel off my facial skin, it may leave two scars on my face.
Just as I was lost in thought, the little creature suddenly stopped moving and wrapped its four paws tightly around my head, emitting a strange fragrance from its body. I suddenly remembered that this was the same peculiar aroma found in Old Jin's liquor. My eyebrows furrowed as I tried to shake off the little creature on my face, but I was afraid of its sharp claws leaving marks on me. Now it didn't move, and neither did I, waiting to see what would happen next.
That little guy's paws were wandering on my face, like a sharp knife, but never made a move. My cold sweat had already seeped out of my forehead, I slowly moved towards "Goddamn Dog" old man's direction, hoping he could wake up and help me out. I gritted my teeth and walked to the side of "Goddamn Dog" uncle, gently bent down, touched him, but unexpectedly this old fellow slept so soundly, not moving at all.
At this moment, the little thing on my face started to move gently, and those "small daggers" slid back and forth on my face, making my heart a bit hairy. Would it suddenly attack me? My hands were tightly clenched into fists, ready to strike at any time. The little thing began to drift towards the left side of my face.
Several small paws exerted even force, lightly stroking my face with a ticklish feeling. It crawled to the edge of my left ear and stopped, at which point my nose could finally breathe again. The little guy's body also left me some space, I quietly raised my right hand, ready to brush it away.
