The second stage is the growth phase of the "Divine Eagle" warriors. Through continuous training, the following goals are achieved: 1. Improve the physical fitness and technical level of the warriors; 2. Temper their willpower and cultivate a strong work style that is not afraid of hardship; 3. Promote unity and enhance team cohesion through high-intensity training. The time is temporarily set for one month, as there may be battles ahead.
The third stage is the "Divine Eagle" tactical synthesis exercise phase. Whether officers or soldiers, they must cultivate the habit of joint operations among multiple arms. Oppose simply relying on fearlessness to fight. Reconnaissance troops and artillery, infantry and artillery, special troops and conventional troops, etc. This stage is an advanced stage that requires constant practice.
In terms of documents, the Secretariat is responsible for compiling the "Divine Eagle" war history materials. Chen Jifan personally compiled the "Soldier's Simple National Conditions Reader" and distributed it to the whole regiment. The Political Training Department sorted out military song materials and printed them for grassroots learning.
The Training Committee has also issued a series of documents including the "Divine Eagle" Independent Brigade Training Outline, the "Divine Eagle" Independent Brigade Unit Training Assessment Method, the "Divine Eagle" Independent Brigade Discipline Ordinance, the Internal Affairs Ordinance and the Confidentiality Ordinance.

The engineer battalion first selected a site on the outskirts of Quzhou as a training ground and began to build various training facilities, such as single-plank bridges, obstacles, and pitfalls. The training committee also specially set up a training support group, with Deng Fangshun as the leader and Wu Qing as the deputy leader, to treat soldiers injured during training at any time.

2: 8:00 Training on hook ladder up and down 300 times. Cross the 30-meter iron wire net back and forth 300 times.
3: 10:00 Training room: 15 kg dumbbells (stone) lifted 150 times, 60 kg barbell (stone, with wooden handle in the middle) 40 times.
4: 13:30 Anti-riot physical training: Holding a submachine gun horizontally, with the muzzle tied to a brick, remaining still for 2 hours.
5: 16:00 Training target shooting for 1 hour, then practice falling skills "High high back jump 1.5 meters, use back heavily smash to cement ground" Sanda, hard qigong and so on.
At 6:00, half an hour after dinner, continue carrying a load of 20 kg and run 5000 meters (equivalent to 12.5 laps on a standard 400-meter track)
7: 3 days a week swimming training: wearing thick military uniforms and liberation shoes, swim 3000 meters in one breath (equivalent to 30 laps of a standard 100-meter swimming pool)
8: 5 days a week "Eagle" specialty triathlon: weighted running 2000m, swimming 2000m.
9: 7 days once, 25 kilometers loaded with 30 kilograms cross-country marching training.
10: 15 days once rapid descent training: from high ground pulling rope slide down.
11:30, 7 days of wilderness survival training after 3 days of food supply, marching over 300 kilometers, carrying guns, ammunition and survival supplies, and executing superior prepared tasks such as breaking through, anti-breaking through, reconnaissance, and cliff climbing during the journey.
12: In peacetime training, increase comprehensive training programs. For example, from pistols to mortars and infantry guns, from bicycles to cars, most of the equipment in the army must be mastered one by one.
When Zhong Dingcheng sent the plan to the special reconnaissance team, everyone was stunned when they saw the training plan. This is not a training soldier, this is simply a devil training.
