Chapter 28: Ethnic Unrest (I)

  Shootouts frequently occur in various places, and the armed party guards who are unwilling to be disarmed begin to resist in an organized manner under the command of their superiors. Soldiers from the national defense army march towards the areas where shootouts have occurred in formation, with occasional gunshots being heard coming from the outskirts of town into the town itself. The townspeople appear bewildered, looking around in the direction of the gunfire and asking each other what is happening.

  Soldiers with German blood flowing in their veins pointed guns at each other, shouting different slogans and opening fire. The defense forces with armored power had a great advantage, they forcibly broke through the armed SS military camp, carrying out bloody suppression.

The "Black Programme" of Hitler was made public, concentration camps set up by the Imperial Security Department were exposed, photographs of persecution of political opponents and innocent civilians were published on the front pages of newspapers, and records of Hitler's purge of the Storm Troops a few years ago were dug out again.

  People were shocked to discover that their trusted party leader had done so many dark things.

  The masses are really ignorant, they don't know who to believe in anymore, and can only watch as the situation gets more and more severe.
