Chapter 62: Exile (Part Two)

  Chapter 62: Exile (Part 2)

  Rajavi is back.

Rajavi luckily escaped from the swamp and then encountered his own logistics transport unit, which had not yet entered the swamp when the battle took place.

Rajavi immediately led the armored column to withdraw to Ahvaz, he wanted to ask clearly in the military area why no air force was sent to support at the most critical moment! Now, his armored division is trapped in the swamp, not because they did not fight hard, nor because of their own command mistakes, but because of the air force, why didn't the air force support!

A squad of Revolutionary Guards marched in at the head, and right behind them came into the headquarters, they were numerous, the sentries all knew this division commander, no one dared to stop them.

Rajavi stormed into the underground command center with his men, just in time to see the lieutenant beating Abel.

In an instant, Rajavi understood everything.

Aber was caught, next one, I'm afraid it's going to be me?

He was furious, he and Abolhassan Banisadr were in the same camp, and also looked down on Khomeini's interference in all Iranian affairs as a religious leader. The Revolutionary Guards under his command were simply a scourge to the country!

"Halt! Let him go!" Rajavi exclaimed, seeing the lieutenant was about to hit Abel again.

"The Revolutionary Guard is on a mission, no one can stop them." The lieutenant had not finished speaking when he heard a "slap" and then his face felt burning.

Since the establishment of the Revolutionary Guard, it has been a matter of course to arrest people in any army unit. Is this not an intimidating situation? The lieutenant immediately turned his gun around and wanted to point it at Rajavi.

Unfortunately, he wasn't as quick as Rajavi, who had already pulled out his own pistol and was aiming at the young man.

"This is mutiny! You dare to disobey the orders of our great leader, your whole family are remnants of the Ba Wei Lie faction!" The lieutenant's face turned red as he spoke.

"Right, we are rebelling!" Rajavi said, pulling the trigger of his pistol. The 9mm Zafar pistol bullet produced by Sanaei-San'at Gharb factory entered the lieutenant's brain without hesitation.

Not until he heard the sound of the pistol hitting the ground did the lieutenant dare to believe that, on Iranian soil, someone had dared to lay hands on an officer of the Revolutionary Guard in front of so many people.

Then he heard the sound of gunpowder burning and pushing out bullets in his ears. Next, a severe pain hit his brain, and he lost consciousness.

Everyone was stunned, including the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, who had also lost their reaction at this moment. They hadn't received strict military training, although they had carried out combat missions, but this situation was also a first encounter for them.

A few seconds later, a soldier finally reacted and pulled the bolt of his automatic rifle.

Unfortunately, it was too late, and a company of Rajavi's soldiers who arrived later surrounded them.

"We are all Islamic brothers, if you don't know what's good for you, then don't blame me for being impolite," Rajavi said.

  "Rat-a-tat." Suddenly, someone's M16 opened fire first.

At such a close distance, anyone could fall down in the next second. The only thing that can be done is to take out the opponent before falling down.

"Rat-a-tat, rat-a-tat." Instantly, the automatic rifles of those who hadn't fallen also opened fire.

"Ah, ah" The sound of people being hit by bullets was incessant, accompanied by heart-wrenching screams. Snowflakes danced in the air, and everywhere was a sea of crimson red.

Who was the idiot who fired first?! All survivors are cursing him!

It's meaningless to ask this question now, because the person who fired the first shot may have already fallen into a pool of blood and can't open their mouth again.

It could have been a zealous member of the Revolutionary Guard, who are known to be almost fearless and willing to sacrifice themselves for their beliefs at any time. Or it could have been a soldier from a transport unit, whose hand trembled with tension and opened fire.

It is also possible that it was someone's deliberate act.

In short, this accidental firefight started in confusion and ended in confusion.

The gunfire was extremely intense and lasted for a very short time.

When the gunfire stopped, those who found themselves still conscious were in the minority.

"Mr. Chairman, Mr. Chairman, are you all right?" As soon as Rajavi heard the gunshot, he immediately hugged Abel and rolled under the conference table.

"It's okay, I'm fine." Abel was shocked in his heart, suddenly coming up with such a play, what should he do?

"Mr. President, we must leave quickly, this incident happened suddenly, Iran may no longer be a place for us to stay," Rajavi said.

Able was listening to the intense gunfire, and he too was thinking about this issue.

What is the function of the army? It is to resist foreign invasion, defend this country, and absolutely cannot become a tool for someone's personal desires!

Iran has a long history, once established the great Achaemenid Empire, all people believe in Islam, but Abolhassan does not advocate ruling Iran by religious doctrine, theocracy occupies the center, Iran should establish a democratic country!

Now, two armies are in a fierce battle, and those who fall down are all Iranian people. All of this could have been avoided.

Khomeini is not worthy of ruling Iran!

We must overthrow Khomeini's regime and establish a state of our own! Don't lose your way by being blinded by your beliefs!

Aber's heart was burning with anger.

Unfortunately, all his efforts came to nothing. He wanted to correct Khomeini's mistakes, but Khomeini had already taken action against him beforehand, and the only armored division he could mobilize was now stuck in the swamp.

He is empty-handed now, what can he use to resist Khomeini? All the troops have been infiltrated by clergy, and Khomeini has taken absolute advantage.

"We have to go, Mr. Chairman," Rajavi said.

"Where are we going?" Abel suddenly felt at a loss.

"Mr. President, there is another Chinook outside, the pilot is my man, we will take the helicopter immediately and head north to Turkey, then transfer to France!" Rajavi said.

It's okay, for now we can only go to France. In France, organize all the anti-Khomeini warriors, and when the time is right, return to the country to overthrow Khomeini's rule!

Abolhassan Banisadr was well-acquainted with France, having studied there and established contacts with Khomeini's organization, eventually following Khomeini back to Iran and helping to overthrow the Pahlavi dynasty.

It's not bad to walk the old road again.

  Aber nodded firmly.

As soon as the two men emerged from the secret passage of the underground command center, they saw several military trucks arriving outside, with a large number of Revolutionary Guard members pouring out in an endless stream.

"We must hurry." Rajavi pulled Abel and ran towards the other side of Zhinugan.

A massive helicopter quickly took off from the empty ground and flew northward.

Abel knew he was not alone. Khomeini's purge had persecuted many honest people, and what he needed to do was to contact them, develop his strength, and expand it!

This is Chapter 3, finally delivered. Today, my wife went for a prenatal check-up again, and I accompanied her to the hospital. In just a few more months, I'll become a dad.
