The Nine-Headed Dragon is about to be born
In the middle section of the Xiangnan Snowy Peak mountain range, there is a large mountain called Tianlong Mountain. On Tianlong Mountain, there were nine factions of bandits that successively rose and fell, swallowing and squeezing each other out. When the Japanese invaders arrived at Snowy Peak, they put aside their past grievances and joined forces to deal a heavy blow to the enemy. After the victory in the War of Resistance, they refused to accept the Nationalist Party's reorganization and continued to do as they pleased, returning to their old ways. During the Liberation War period, they stubbornly resisted and became enemies of the people. In order to eliminate them, many young soldiers died at their hands, some were torn apart by five horses, others had their hands and feet chopped off... it was a tragic and inhumane scene. The People's Liberation Army fought bravely and intelligently, finally thoroughly eliminating the nine factions of Tianlong Mountain bandits in 1952. This book is based on the writings of Du Liangwen, the Wujiang County Annals, and the oral accounts of several old comrades who participated in the elimination of the bandits.
