Section 6: Traceless Raid

Sin City (Chapter 6: That Yellow Bastard)

The military police escorted the prisoners to the outside of the prison, where federal law enforcement officers immediately took them away and temporarily detained them in a prisoner transport vehicle, waiting for the end of the prison riot. Wen Yong looked at the weapons that the soldiers had retrieved, many of which belonged to the Federal Law Enforcement Bureau, while others were abandoned by the Special Police Unit. He walked up to several high-ranking police officers: "Some of your weapons have been recovered by us, you can send someone to take them back, I certainly cannot confiscate your weapons."

Yu Fei's soldiers were guarding the corridor on the first floor, he walked alone up the stairs to the upper floor, behind him there was no threat but in front of him he didn't know how many armed prisoners there were, it seemed that relying on himself to deal with these thieves wasn't a difficult task, it was just right to review the miscellaneous knowledge from the military academy. Yu Fei, who always regarded himself as a special forces soldier, would not let other soldiers follow him to form a combat formation, he didn't trust those ordinary trained constabulary, the more people there were, the more targets there would be, but alone he could freely display his skills. He estimated that the prison police and special police had lost at least one hundred guns, the remaining dozens of guns were still in the hands of the prisoners, it was better if they didn't surrender, then he could have another opportunity for actual combat, if the constabulary came up together to gang up on them, whose achievement would it be? Yu Fei didn't like to share danger with others, naturally he also didn't need them to share his achievements.

The prison riot was in full swing when Xu Huaqing had already taken control of the nightclub, killing over a hundred people in dozens of private rooms. In the main hall, many people who were dancing were also knocked down by him. He continuously fired and changed positions, repeating the action of reloading and firing, which was as simple as playing a game for him. "No one is allowed to move, everyone lean against the left wall, raise your hands and hold your head, those who don't want to die will listen."

The nightclub wasn't opened by ordinary people, but by a cross-industry crime syndicate that engaged in drug trafficking, smuggling, and arms dealing. They had a large number of bodyguards and thugs. More than 20 young men with guns jumped out from all corners, and Xu Huaqing, wearing night vision goggles, watched them without any effort. These people were like blind men, some taking out flashlights, others lighting lighters to illuminate the area, and others using their mobile phone lights to search for targets. Xu Huaqing crouched on the ground, shooting at wherever he saw a glimmer of light. After the gunfire stopped, there was chaos. These people who usually bullied unarmed civilians were quite capable, but they had to use guns to fight each other. Xu Huaqing hoped that they could send out 200 men to fight him one-on-one.

Xu Huaiqing, hiding behind something, kept changing the empty magazines. When he finally ran out of ammunition for his submachine gun, he simply put the empty gun on his back and held a Glock 17 pistol in each hand, firing at the thugs who were intentionally making noise. The two automatic pistols fired simultaneously, each loaded with twenty rounds. However, the thugs didn't stop even though they were being killed one by one. They just couldn't hear the gunfire. Not all of them were stupid; one smart thug shouted into a walkie-talkie: "Turn on the lights! Go to the switch and turn it on, damn it!"

Several thugs rushed to the place with switches, Xu Huaiqing held guns in both hands and fired at two targets simultaneously. Several slow-moving thugs were shot dead, one of them ran quickly and turned on all the lights. However, several thugs saw many of their companions die, there were corpses everywhere on the ground, most of whom were customers. They didn't know who had made this place like this. A leader walked over and asked: "Who closed the front door? Go and open the automatic door, as well as the fire door. What are you security guards doing?"

Security guards and thugs rushed to the monitoring room, where there were switches that could control the automatic doors. Xuhuaiqing, who had crawled under the table, took advantage of their confusion to fire both guns simultaneously, shooting 40 bullets into the security guards who were trying to head towards the office area. Several armed thugs immediately sensed the direction of the incoming bullets and turned around to search for the source. By the time they did, Xuhuaiqing had already reloaded his gun and was exchanging gunfire with the thugs on the opposite side. The sound of their guns was particularly startling, causing many customers and staff members to scream nonstop at the scene.

"Shout whatever you want, damn it." Xu Huaqing patted his backpack, where he had already used up all the pistol magazines. He had fired a bit hastily and sometimes shot multiple rounds at one person, which was a bit wasteful. He took out several captured pistols, removed the 9mm bullets from them, and loaded them into his own gun. He looked at the group of thugs holding guns and taking calls, seemingly contacting their boss or accomplices. They found that they couldn't make any calls or receive any phone calls. Xu Huaqing thought to himself, "You guys are really stupid. You're in cahoots with the police. If you make one call, ten-odd police cars will arrive and I won't be able to leave." Of course, he couldn't let them contact anyone, so it was easier to just shoot them. After all, they were asking for death by standing together. He took out several hand grenades from his backpack, pulled the pins, and threw them at the group of thugs. When the grenades exploded, Xu Huaqing stood up from the ground. The thugs were blown to pieces, their bodies mangled and bloody. There was no one left in the nightclub who dared to resist.

"Nobody move, watch your heads." Xu Huaiqing controlled the scene. He didn't even turn on the lights, relying on his night vision goggles to approach those corpses and collect all their weapons and wallets into his own bag. When his backpack was full and his pockets were stuffed, he left the nightclub with satisfaction. He took away the mobile phone signal jammer, and the people in the nightclub who hadn't been killed by him hurriedly dialed the police number. However, Xu Huaiqing didn't turn off the device, but instead put it on himself. He exited from the back door and drove away in a hijacked pickup truck.

The couple in the back seat of the pickup hadn't woken up yet, he drove the car to a secluded place and started sorting out the spoils of war. There were dozens of handguns alone, but he tried his best to pick out the good ones. If he found one that wasn't any good, he'd remove the bullets and toss the gun into the storm drain. In the end, he kept only a few that were somewhat decent as spoils of war. His backpack was full of nothing but guns and wallets. The money he'd taken from the dead bodies wasn't bad either - he kept it all, tossing the empty wallets down the sewer so that even if someone found these things, they wouldn't be able to find any leads.

"These guys are still rich, with a lot of cash and no credit cards. It seems that black money can't be deposited into banks, and the law enforcement in this country is indeed very strict." Xu Huaiqing drove away from where he had abandoned the loot, the polluted water in the sewer having already washed away the gun and empty wallet. Xu Huaiqing left the city area, and the pickup truck stopped again on a beach, but not the same one where they had hijacked the car. Xu Huaiqing put his equipment back into the waterproof bag, then put on his diving goggles and returned to his sailboat from the sea. Everything was done very cleanly, without leaving any clues behind.

Yu Fei hadn't finished his own business, but the people he had hired had already reduced a lot of trouble for him. In the future, he wouldn't have to go to those nightclubs and do spot checks on those people who weren't worth much. Yu Fei carefully made his way to the second floor corridor with his night vision goggles, where the beds and tables from the cells were scattered all over the place, forming many obstacles. He proceeded cautiously, sidling forward, as many exhausted prisoners hid behind the obstacles, holding guns.

To avoid exposing his goal, Yu Fei first picked up a stool from the ground and then threw it hard towards the end of the corridor. The noise of the stool falling to the ground startled the prisoners holding guns, who had low self-control and were shooting wildly at the stairwell entrance. Yu Fei, who was lying on the ground, felt bullets whizzing over his head, all hitting the walls in the stairwell. He was relieved that he hadn't recklessly exposed himself, having already spotted several prisoners who revealed their positions by firing their guns. Yu Fei aimed his MP-5 submachine gun at the muzzle flashes and fired, hitting the frenzied prisoners, who stumbled and fell to the ground.

I don't know how much ammunition these people have left, Yu Fei walked forward in the dark corridor, with open doors on both sides of the cells. The cells facing the corridor didn't have thick walls, but iron bars and iron gates. Standing at the door, you could see very clearly inside. Just as Yu Fei was about to search, chaotic gunfire came from outside. Not knowing what had happened, Yu Fei retreated to the ground floor and asked through the intercom: "What's going on, Wen Yong?"

"The police also borrowed a fire truck, they deployed snipers on the ladder and then dealt with the armed prisoners in the prison building, those prisoners were still resisting." Wen Yong watched from outside very clearly, the police unwilling to fail again started a solo attack, this time they did not take risks to go close for melee combat, using snipers to shoot at the prisoners inside the building, the prisoners opened fire and counterattacked. "I think it's good like this, consuming their ammunition won't make it easier for you to get in?"

"They're getting more and more chaotic, let them fight first, I'll come out to rest for a while." Yu Fei decided to come out and take a look at the situation. The class he was guarding in the building was still very spirited. "You don't have to be too tense, everyone takes turns watching the corridor entrance. If they want to rush out, just beat them back. I'll be back soon."

The soldiers nodded and continued to stand guard with their M-60 machine guns, the muzzles pointing at the armed prisoners who might rush out at any moment. Yu Fei walked out of the prison gate and saw the busy police outside, wondering what they were thinking, using lethal weapons to attack in front of reporters, which was not good for their image. It would be better for him to go out and meet with the reporters himself, tell them what happened here, and use the media to raise the profile of the constabulary and get some exposure for himself.

Yu Fei walked to the edge of the cordon, looking at the anxious reporters. "Do you want to know what's going on inside? I am Yu Fei, commander of the garrison troops in Nanyang Province. I just took office and have started to clean up local security. I know you're eager to know what's happening inside. I was just inside."

As soon as the reporter saw someone talking about the situation inside, he immediately took aim at Yu Fei with his camera and video camera to take pictures. Reporters from radio stations and newspapers also held digital recorders to record audio, and flashlights kept flashing.
