Wai Pian Si Hai Bian Yang Content Introduction
The content introduction of Outer Chapter Four: Whip of the Four Seas
Foreword:
This is a complete and independent story, which was inspired when I was writing the "Desert Smoke" chapter of "Conquering the World". Don't worry, this chapter won't be long, about 20 chapters or so, it won't affect the writing of "Conquering the World".
I put it up for two reasons: one is that I'm very satisfied with these few chapters and want to share them with friends who like "Conquering the World" after feeling pleased with myself; another reason is that I hope everyone can give some opinions on the framework and characters of this article, so that when I formally write it out, it can be better! Thank you!
"The Conquest of the Four Seas" The story takes place on the official road of the Sacred Dragon Empire, where a rebellious and arrogant young master encounters a grassland prince who has come to serve as a hostage...
In front of the wine table of the world's number one famous building, the young and ambitious heroes of China and the vast desert eagle discussed ancient and modern times, talking freely about the south and north...
Under the ancient cypress of Mei Village, a dagger, a romance, and in the end, a tragic farewell.
In the White Tiger Hall of Shengjing, a passionate heart and a promise ended up with nothing but an empty shell.
Outside the city walls, swords and knives flash in the light, flesh and blood flying everywhere.
In the Central Plains, drunk with life and dead in dreams, chasing fame and position.
When leading troops on a distant expedition, the Khan who commanded the heroic army could not bear to part with his past experiences...
A heroic lady with blood-stained hands faces the weight of family and national enmity, unable to make a decision...
Among the cheers of the soldiers, the hero who was supported by the people took his lover's slender jade hand and quietly left...
(1) The author's confession This story of Four Seas and Wandering Clouds is set against the backdrop of Conquering the World, but the characters in it have little to do with Conquering the World, and the time period takes place long before. If one were to say that there must be some connection between the two, then it can be said that its plot is entirely an extension of the Great Desert Solitary Smoke chapter from Conquering the World, by that dagger named "Pure Jun".
This book has heroes, great knights and beauties. However, this book is not mainly about heroes, so Ding Ke Khan is not the only main character - although in my heart, his prototype should be the Scourge of God who made the Roman Empire tremble with fear, Attila. This article is not written about heroes, so Xiao Yao is not either - although he leads the Jianghu, with an iron bone and a heroic spirit. Similarly, it's not about beauties, so Xiao Nü Yu is not either - although she is stunningly beautiful, kind-hearted and lovely.
The writing of this book originated from an inspiration and ended with a confusion.
From a macro perspective, every individual should naturally contribute everything to their own nation and country. This is the responsibility and obligation of each individual to society as a whole.
Patriotism is noble, treason is shameful.
This is an absolute truth beyond dispute.
But for two people who are each fighting for their own nation, who is justice? Who is evil?
Can true love and friendship really transcend national and ethnic boundaries?
Can one really give up everything for the country and the people without any regret?
It's easy to say, but what about actually doing it?
The idea expressed by Tanaka Yoshiki in his book that "there were people before there was a nation, so people are more important than the nation" is correct or incorrect?
I'm afraid I'm not the only one who's confused, otherwise there wouldn't be tragedies like "Xiao Feng". In fact, I don't want to write a tragedy, and this book is definitely not a tragedy. I just hope that after wise friends finish reading this book, they can point out my mistakes for me. Thank you!
(2) Background Notes "Four Seas and Whirlwind" was purely inspired by a sudden burst of inspiration while writing "Deserted Smoke". Due to the unfamiliarity of writing about conquests at first, the connection between the front and back texts was not done well. A major adverse consequence was that when writing "Deserted Smoke", I faced the dilemma of having to go to Hulan in the face of wind and rain, but the reason for going to Hulan was not sufficient. I picked up my pen three times, but couldn't write it down. Unexpectedly, I unintentionally wrote this "Four Seas and Whirlwind".
Friends who have read the conquest of the world should be able to understand the story background of this book very well, and those who haven't read it are not difficult to understand, because I like to disassemble the real time and space and put them into my world, although they are completely fictional, but absolutely can find the shadow of history.
The space is still the space of wind and rain.
Time was four or five hundred years ahead of the wind and rain, in the former Holy Dragon Empire.
At that time, the biggest historical event was the rise of Tiding Qaghan.
Tiding Khan was a rare political and military genius on the grasslands, who unified the grassland tribes, defeated the coalition forces of Dashi and Yuezhi, and made the Western Continent tremble with fear.
In the year 254 of Sheng Long, Ti Ding Ke Khan led an army of 17 million Black Wolf cavalry to sweep across the Divine State. The vast lands north of the Sheng Long River became a hunting ground for the grassland knights. However, with the mysterious disappearance of this military genius, the war ultimately ended in victory for Sheng Long.
The entire event had a huge impact on history:
The failed prairie nation split again until another heavenly son, Hulan Khan, appeared to change the situation.
The victorious Sacred Dragon, however, fell into a civil war that lasted for over two hundred years. It was not until the help of the carefree transmitter that the Sacred Light Martial Emperor, later known as the "Ancestor of the Middle Revival", reunified the entire Divine State and established the Post-Sacred Dragon Empire (the era in which Feng Yu lived was actually called the Post-Sacred Dragon Empire. Although it continued the name of the Sacred Dragon Empire and revered the Sacred Great Ancestor as the founding emperor, the order of the emperors' thrones started from the Sacred Light Martial Emperor. Therefore, by the time of Hulan's southern invasion, only thirteen generations had been passed down.)
In this war-torn era, the Tianchi Sword Sect also further shook off the suppression of the Holy Dragon Imperial Family and began to establish its unchallengeable position as the leader of the Holy Dragon Martial World for over 300 years, dominating public opinion until it finally collapsed hundreds of years later due to blocking the rise of the Fengyu Dynasty.
The four major families, led by the Haomen, were given extremely generous treatment for their contributions to the Holy Light Emperor and gradually established their own local forces. In the early stages, they became a strong and powerful local shield for the Sacred Dragon Empire, but ultimately greatly weakened the central power of the Sacred Dragon, leading to its downfall.
The originally prosperous northern part of Sheng Long was devastated by the war, while the originally desolate southern part of Sheng Long began to prosper. Later generations listed Tiding Qaghan's invasion of the south as one of the three major disasters of Sheng Long.
