Chapter 41

  Chapter 41

After jumping off the beam, he continued walking towards the cell where Li Nan was being held. At this time, he urgently wanted to rescue Li Nan and others.

"Just you wait, soon my men will catch him again and this time I'll slowly dismember him right in front of you. All of this will be broadcast to the whole world through video, letting them know that the king of special forces has been dismembered alive by me." The boss continued to boast to Li Nan and the others.

All of this was clearly heard by Yuan Shuai, who was hiding at the door. He looked inside and saw that only Da Tou and another executioner were left. Walking in with a smile, he said: "It seems that the whole world is watching how I break your neck."

As soon as he saw Yuan Shuai standing in front of him, unscathed, his face changed greatly: "This is impossible, did you take down all my dozens of subordinates?"

"Yes, now it's your turn." Yuan Shuai held the gun and slowly approached Li Nan, taking out the knife that was used to "torture" earlier. He cut off the rope binding Li Nan. After loosening his muscles, Li Nan went to untie the journalist who had turned pale with fear and two Pakistani military officers.

The executioner had just reached for the AK-47 placed aside, when Yuan Shuai picked up the knife he had just used to cut Li Nan's rope and flung it over. A scream later, his right hand was nailed to the wall.

"This is the punishment your right hand deserves," said Yuan Shuai.

Several others went to pick up the guns leaning against the wall. Li Nan and another Pakistani military officer stood at the door, vigilantly watching if anyone was coming. Two reporters pointed their cameras at the executioner.

"Now it's your turn." Yuan Shuai said, throwing away the gun in his hand.

"Chinese brother, you're injured. Fighting alone like this will put you at a disadvantage. Just finish him off quickly and retreat." Another Pakistani officer said anxiously, his voice trembling slightly.

"I said I'd break his neck, and I will," he said, kicking out with one foot. He dodged Yuan Shuai's counterattack and punched him in the temple. Yuan Shuai blocked the punch with his left hand and kicked him in the stomach. He blocked Yuan Shuai's kick with both hands, but Yuan Shuai quickly followed up with another punch to his face. He didn't dodge in time and took a heavy hit, falling to the ground with blood streaming from his nose. He wiped the blood away with one hand, revealing a face covered in blood. Seeing that he had been beaten bloody, he let out a loud roar and charged at Yuan Shuai with his fists flying. Yuan Shuai jumped up and kicked him to the ground again. Then, he walked over, grabbed his head, and a fierce killing intent flashed in his eyes. With a swift and forceful motion, there was a "crack" sound, and he sent him to meet his maker. Next, he walked over to the executioner's side, squatted down, and asked, "Where are those two Chinese engineers and their families being held?"

The executioner twisted his head, ignoring Yuan Shuai. Yuan Shuai exerted force on the knife nailed to his hand. Another scream like a slaughtered pig was heard.

  "Shall we talk?"

  I don't know.

"Not that I'm saying it's okay, but I have a way of punishing too, though not as cruel. Looks like you can try it." He said, walking to Zina's side and asking, "Can I have one of your hairs?"

"Alright." He said, pulling out a strand of hair and giving it to General Yuan.

Yuan Shuai dug out a small piece of mud from the wall, about the size of a grain of rice, and tied it to his hair. Then he forced him to swallow it.

After swallowing the hair, he kept coughing and dry vomiting. His throat was itchy and uncomfortable. Yuan Shuai held the other end of the hair and said: "As long as you say it out loud, I'll pull the hair out."

He kept coughing and dry heaving, tears streaming out, but his throat was getting more and more uncomfortable. Finally, he couldn't hold it in anymore. He had to say something.

"They're not here, they're in La Barra."

"Take it away." As he spoke, he pulled out the hair from his throat.

They found a vehicle and headed back to headquarters. On the way, the two war correspondents turned around, shivering and vomiting nonstop.

Yuan Shuai originally wanted to scold them a few words, telling them not to come or follow him. If it weren't for the two of them, they wouldn't have been caught either. They wouldn't have gotten into such big trouble. What's more, this leech was staring at him, making his whole body feel uncomfortable. However, looking at their current state, he didn't have the heart to scold them. He thought that after going through this experience, they shouldn't follow him again.

The car sped all the way back to headquarters.

Seeing Yuan Shuai and others return safely, Colonel said with joy: "I thought you were caught by them, the regular troops are looking for you."

"Captain, we were captured by them, but this Chinese brother is extraordinary (he pointed to Yuan Shuai), he was beaten all over his body and miraculously escaped, and also rescued us all. Moreover, he found out the whereabouts of the three Chinese engineers. They are in Rabal." A Pakistani military officer reported to the Colonel.

"I knew it, China's big brother is always the best in helping us." He looked at them and asked with concern: "Is your injury serious?"

"Reporting to the superior, it's just a superficial wound, bandaging it will be fine. However, I need the army doctor to take a look at the leeches on my body, some of them may have already burrowed into my blood vessels."

"Alright, I'll arrange for a doctor to examine you right away."

"Oh no, it's too late now, we still have to go rescue those three Chinese engineers, I'll look at it again when I get back."

"Now that we know where it is, let's send our troops instead. You all take a rest and get your wounds treated."

"Sir, it's really nothing. We've had worse injuries before and we didn't take a break. And this operation isn't suitable for a large-scale attack either. Otherwise, they might panic and kill the hostages, which would be a loss for us."

"So, what requirements do you have?"

"Yes, Commander. I think when we go to rescue the hostages, can you guys attack their headquarters at the same time?"

"Attack their headquarters? Their headquarters are not within our borders, so we can't do anything about it."

"Oh, sir, what I mean is that you can launch a feint attack and let the terrorists in Rabal relax their vigilance, which will help us rescue the hostages."

"A clever strategy, making a false appearance in the east while attacking in the west."

"Does Commander-in-Chief also know about Sun Tzu's Art of War?" Yuan Shuai asked with some surprise.

"Oh, I went to China when I was young to study, so I know a thing or two."

"Then thank you, leader, can our time be set for an hour later?"

  "So fast?"

"One minute more for the hostages means one minute more of danger."

"Alright, I'll gather the troops immediately."

  "Thank you, boss."

"After finishing speaking, he turned around and said to the two reporters, 'This time, you'll just follow their main force.' His tone was not open to discussion."

They thought that if it weren't for Yuan Shuai, they might have become the hostages of terrorists. Now they are obedient to Yuan Shuai's words.

Yuan Shuai also called up Wang Yuanjian and Zhang Qipeng, as well as two others: Wang Lei (No. 27) and Wang Can (No. 9).

An hour passed quickly, and the troops had also gathered. With a single order from the colonel, the troops set off towards the terrorist's stronghold in an imposing manner.

Yuan Shuai and his group quietly drove the car they had obtained from the terrorists towards Rabar.
