Chapter 32 The Injured Swan

  Chapter Thirty-two The Injured Swan

"He whispered to Lena who followed him: 'He must be here.'"

Ye Feng looked up and saw a room on the second floor that was still lit, where he could see a shadow projected onto the window moving back and forth restlessly.

The two of them exchanged a glance and then turned around at the same time. Along the exterior wall of the building, it was easy to climb up to the window on the second floor with the attached carvings.

Two people stuck their heads through the window gap to look inside. Inside was a lavishly decorated bedroom, with a large bed in the center, and silk mosquito nets hanging from the ceiling all the way down, covering the bed tightly. The mosquito net had beautiful patterns embroidered on it with gold thread. The bedding looked exceptionally soft and delicate.

Through the mosquito net, one can vaguely see a woman tied up with ropes lying on the bed.

Potts sat beside him, biting his fingernails and staring at a cup on the table, pacing back and forth in the room.

He would occasionally walk over to the bed, lift up the mosquito net and take a look at the woman inside, then dejectedly put it back down.

Ling Na saw this, suddenly remembered when she was tied up by Ye Feng, felt the place where the rope had been tied was hot and itchy, glared at him and cursed in a low voice: "Men are all no good things."

Ye Feng looked at her with a somewhat inexplicable expression, his face full of innocence.

He carefully climbed up to the windowsill and moved over to Lingna's side. In a low voice, he said: "Wait a minute, you make some noise here and attract his attention. I'll climb higher and when he sticks his head out to take a look, I'll hit him from above, trying not to kill him but at least knock him unconscious."

  Lingna nodded in agreement.

Ye Feng climbed up high and gave her an OK gesture.

Ling Na looked at his somewhat strange gesture, feeling a bit amused. She couldn't help but shake her head, and according to plan, she took out the dagger and lightly tapped it on the windowsill. Immediately, a piercing scraping sound was transmitted. The voice wasn't loud, but in the quiet night, it was enough for everyone in the room to hear clearly.

"Who?" Poseidon growled cautiously. He walked to the window and looked down, just in time to spot Lina hiding below. Seeing the pitying gaze in Lina's eyes, he was taken aback for a moment. Then, a gigantic foot rapidly enlarged before his eyes, filling his vision in the next instant...

Seeing Poseidon kicked himself into a coma, Ye Feng and Ling Na jumped into the house.

Ye Feng rubbed his toes, he had used too much force just now, even though he was wearing this kind of soft calfskin boots, he still kicked his own toes sore.

He jumped out of bed and walked to the bedside, lifted the mosquito net and took a look. The beautiful woman lying in bed was not Diana, but who else?

She woke up and saw Ye Feng poking his head in, opened her eyes wide, struggled constantly, and made "hmm" sounds with her mouth covered.

Ye Feng hastily pulled out the silk handkerchief that was stuffed into her mouth and also untied the ropes binding her body.

Diana sat up with a flip, and tightly hugged Ye Feng. Her eyes were filled with tears, almost crying out loud, saying: "Ye Feng, fortunately you arrived in time."

Ye Feng's heart softened, and he comfortingly patted her constantly shaking shoulders. After all, she was still a girl, and it was inevitable that she would be scared when faced with such things.

He smiled slightly and said with a hint of regret: "I feel like I've come a bit too early."

Diana looked up in confusion and said "Early?"

"Alas, your clothes are still intact and not a single thread is out of place. There's no candle or whip beside you either. What a disappointment!"

After finishing speaking, he intentionally made a loud "tsk" sound.

Diana was so angry that she almost vomited blood, and she heavily pounded his chest with her hand. Then, with a swish of her slender waist, she jumped down from the bed, having regained her usual strong woman's demeanor.

Poseidon was now tightly bound by Lina with a rope.

Diana walked up to Poseidon and squatted down, gazing at his familiar face with a complex expression in her eyes.

Ye Feng walked up to her side, still speaking in a flowery tone: "It's all yours now, are you planning on killing him? Or are you going to remove one of his parts? Personally, I recommend castrating him. If you find it too disgusting and can't bring yourself to do it, I can take care of it for you, and the price will be discounted, at most 20% off..."

Diana cut him off, exclaiming irritably: "Enough!"

Yefeng immediately recognized and shut up.

Diana stood up and said with a complex expression: "Forget it, let's go."

  "Is that all?"

Diana nodded slightly with some helplessness.

Ye Feng felt somewhat displeased and said, "If you're going to be like this, be careful that he becomes unscrupulous in the future, and next time he'll repeat his old tricks and catch you again. By then, I may not necessarily be able to rescue you so smoothly."

Diana tapped her foot impatiently and said, "After all, he is a member of the Oshus family and has control over the navy. If we go too far, it will be detrimental to Westernia's future development."

Ye Feng looked at her suspiciously and said, "You won't be having some regrets about him, will you?"

Diana burst out in anger and said: "Bullshit."

She saw Ye Feng's disbelieving gaze and felt a surge of resentment in her heart. She took big strides to walk up to him, pulled his collar, tiptoed, and kissed him proactively.

Ye Feng's eyes widened suddenly, he was actually being harassed by someone.

Diana had never kissed anyone like that before in her life, extremely inexperienced, and with excessive force, she suddenly bit both of their lips completely.

She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and leaned against the wall panting heavily, saying: "Believe me now?"

Ye Feng touched the wound at the corner of his mouth - this was still his first injury tonight. He said: "I'm not quite sure. It was too fast just now, I'm not sure if you stuck your tongue out, if you kissed me with your tongue out maybe I can believe it."

"How about we try it again?"

Lingna whispered beside him: "Tongue? What does kissing have to do with tongue?"

Diana only then noticed that there was an outsider present, thinking of her previous actions, her face suddenly turned bright red, and her whole body felt hot. She lowered her head, not daring to look at Ye Feng's expression.

Ye Feng glanced at the puzzled Ling Na and couldn't help but sneer inwardly at this little yellow-haired girl.

He saw the glass of water on the table, remembered that he had been running for half a day and hadn't even taken a sip of water, feeling a bit parched, so he reached out to take it, under Diana's cry of surprise, tilted his head and drank it all in one gulp.

Like throwing a match into a gasoline-filled barrel, with a loud bang, a raging fire broke out. Ye Feng felt a deafening crash in his head, his whole body was in agony as if he had been set on fire, his face turned purple like an eggplant, he frantically scratched his body and let out strange noises from his mouth.

Lingna saw the situation, flashed to his back, turned the hilt of the sword, and knocked him unconscious with a forceful blow on the back of his head. She turned her head to ask Diana: "What's wrong with him?"

Diana picked up the water cup that Yefeng had just drunk from, looked at it, then turned the cup over and saw a single drop of water dripping down from the rim. She said in disbelief: "He actually drank it all."

Ling Na frowned and asked, "What did he drink?"

Diana cast a hateful glance at the unconscious Poseidon and said, "It was that scum who wanted to give me the love potion."

Ling Na glanced at a certain part of Ye Feng's body, looking at it in surprise as it grew vigorously. She asked: "What to do now?"

Diana raised her head and stared at her intently. Lingna forced a dry laugh, waved her hand and said, "What are you looking at me for? This is your business, it has nothing to do with me."

After finishing speaking, she quickly turned around and slipped out of the room, taking Poseidon with her, and even considerately stood on the door.

Diana looked at Ye Feng who was unconscious, his skin began to turn a bewitching red, as if fresh blood was about to seep out from under his skin.

"What to do?" Diana anxiously paced back and forth in the room, finally dragging Ye Feng onto the bed with a determined heart. In her panic, she accidentally touched that part of his body, and her heart was filled with fear. That thing was really too big, it might be fatal.

Ling Na dragged Poseidon to the study next door, opened the door and threw him in. Just then, she heard the creaking sound of the wooden stairs outside. She opened the door a crack and saw a sly-looking man walking over with a candlestick.

The man walked while humming a little tune in a low voice. The corners of his mouth shone with bright oil, obviously having just eaten a big and delicious meal.

Dole was overjoyed at this time, and just by helping Mr. Porsius get that thing, he gave him a large sum of money, and also let him move into the study. This is the treatment that only a personal attendant can enjoy, and finally, he has made a name for himself and can be said to have risen to prominence.

Dawool thought to himself that he would be staying in the young master's room next door tonight, and could hear all sorts of movements coming from the adjacent room. He couldn't help but feel excited, his face twisted with emotion. After all, for the sake of listening in, he had even eaten only three plates of sausage, a rare treat for him, before hastily rushing back.

He wiped his greasy mouth, thinking of the big butt of the fat aunt in the kitchen, and the thing that could be heard soon, a low, lustful laugh escaped from his mouth.

Dawdle pushed open the door of the study, walked into the room, and saw Poseidon lying on the floor under the candlelight. He was so shocked that he wanted to shout, but before he could make a sound, he caught a glimpse of a white hand chopping down towards his neck out of the corner of his eye, and then everything went black.

Lingna deftly caught the candelabra that had fallen from the air, blew out the candles, and poked her head out of the door to look around, making sure no one had noticed the commotion before she felt at ease.

She quietly shut the door, and bound Dole also, out of a certain spirit of revenge. She bound Dole in the same way that Yefim had bound herself, tying the poor fellow up securely, then placed him alongside Porcius.

Just then, she heard a sound from the next room like a swan in pain. After a pause, the cry came again, gradually with a hint of excitement. The voice was also raised high and finally turned into a loud shout.

The sound spread to every corner of the manor and echoed far away in the quiet spring night...

Ling Na heard that sound and found her face had turned bright red, and she felt her whole body go soft, with a burning flame in her lower abdomen. She hurriedly covered her ears with her hands, but the detestable sound still passed through her palms and became even clearer.

Lingna's heart was filled with contradictions, wanting to leave but unable to disobey the young lady's orders. Staying here, but this strange sound was really too torturous.

At this time, a loud and shrill scream came over, and then the next room fell silent. The whole manor seemed to have let out a sigh of relief, finally coming to an end.

However, the low sobbing sound came from next door again.

Ling Na couldn't help but let out a cry, sat down on the ground, and buried her head between her legs, as if she could filter out that hateful voice like an ostrich sticking its head into the sand.
