Chapter 43 Written after the first semester of junior high school
Hello everyone, I am Ouyang Chenxi. The first semester of my freshman year has passed, and I want to share some stories with you.
I remember that during the first semester, our class was very lively. We had a lot of fun together, whether it was playing games or going on trips. But at the same time, there were also many conflicts and difficulties that we faced.
One of the most memorable things for me was when I scored full marks in English. It was a great achievement for me, and my teacher even praised me in front of the whole class. However, this also led to some jealousy from my classmates, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Another thing that happened during the first semester was that some of my classmates started to develop feelings for each other. I remember that there were many rumors and gossip going around about who liked whom. It was a bit chaotic, but at the same time, it was also exciting to see our classmates falling in love.
As for me, I have to admit that I had a crush on a girl named Xu Yuejie during my freshman year. She was very smart and beautiful, and I admired her from afar. However, I never had the courage to confess my feelings to her.
Looking back, I realize that my freshman year was not as smooth-sailing as I thought it would be. There were many ups and downs, but overall, it was a valuable experience for me. I learned how to navigate through difficult situations and how to make friends with people from different backgrounds.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my experiences during the first semester of my freshman year. In the next part, I will share more stories about what happened during my sophomore year.
---
As for the sequel, I am still in the process of recalling memories. I remember that during my sophomore year, I started writing my first martial arts novel. It was a bit ridiculous, but I wrote three novels and then stopped. Later on, I also wrote about our youth, but only one of the novels survived.
I have a draft of my high school life, including my middle school experiences, but unfortunately, they are all gone now. So, I can only rely on my memories and my mother's recollections to recall what happened back then. Sometimes, I might remember things incorrectly or get the timeline mixed up, which could lead to inconsistencies in the story.
I hope you will forgive me for any mistakes. The first semester of my freshman year has passed, but there are still many stories left untold. In the next part, I will share more about what happened during my sophomore year.

To be honest, I was not very good at handling interpersonal relationships or communicating with people. So, it's inevitable that I would encounter some conflicts and difficulties. Personally, I think that my sophomore to senior years were the darkest times of my student life. Maybe it was because of puberty, maybe it was because of rebellion, but now I realize that these were mainly due to the differences between students from different districts.
When you read about my experiences during my sophomore year, you might find the text too sad, melancholic, or oppressive. Please don't doubt me; I'm just stating facts. You will see new classmates, a new teacher, and so-called "arch-nemesis." You will also see Xu Yuejie's changes and Mu Rong Xiaozhu's entry, as well as my confusion after entering puberty, step by step being isolated by my classmates, and finally breaking free from this mindset.
I hope you will enjoy it.
