Chapter 57: The Magic Alliance (Part 2)

  Huǒ Líng'er's bright red eyes stared emotionlessly at the unfamiliar yet familiar man in front of her, and for now, she hadn't had time to think clearly about who he was or sort out the development of things.

  The masked youth seemed to have knocked down her "prey" by mistake.

  She felt somewhat anxious and worried.

  "Kitty? If you're not comfortable, hit me then? Come on, hit me hard..." The masked man's voice was like a gentle stream, a beautiful melody in the darkness of night, cool and refreshing as water, stirring the strings of people's hearts, as if it had magical powers.

  However, no one has the energy to make sarcastic remarks amidst the frivolous conversations.

  Huǒ Líng'er fell to the ground quietly, her fingers coiled with swirling red gas. The amount of gas was too abundant, and she couldn't fully control the energy within her body. She raised her finger and slowly struck the masked youth.

  The young man smiled back at her and with a light wave of his hand, he extinguished the flame from Fire Spirit's gas.

  "Kitty, come again."

  The young tone is encouraging.

  Huǒ Líng'ér's eyes were confused again as she once more guided the fire energy out of her body.

  As they came and went, the young man helped Huo Ling'er to expel the fire energy from her body. Huo Ling'er no longer felt any pain, perhaps it was the first time she used too much magical power, which made her feel a little dizzy and faint due to insufficient spiritual energy.

  The masked youth held Fire Spirit tightly, letting her lean completely against his body, and gently patted her back to make her feel safer.

  "Kitty, go to sleep."

  As if comforted by the masked youth, Huo Ling'er's tightly furrowed brow slowly relaxed, and she soon fell into a deep sleep.

  "Go back to the Magic Association and receive your punishment yourself."

  The girl in black panted heavily and said.

  The girl in black clothes crawled hard on the ground with her arm, she wanted to crawl from the side of the tree to the boy's side, make him soften his heart and truly forgive her this time.

  "I won't change the decision."

  The masked youth picked up Huo Ling'er and made a leap, disappearing beyond the small woods.

  In the dark, a small dwarf tree appeared with a man wearing silver clothes. He was an extremely handsome man, his long eyebrows were like willows, his long silver hair fell on his shoulders, his bright red lips curled up in a sly smile, and his slender figure sat casually on the trunk of the tree.

  "Alas, I've said it before, the master is heartless, but you had to rush in headfirst, what a pity for the beauty."

  The girl in black clothes stretched out her bloody hand to the man and said "Save me."
