Chapter 7 Snake (1)
A snake.
Yes, it's a snake that can talk and is so arrogant.
Xia Yifei's mental quality is still relatively good, a proof of this is that when she saw a snake speaking human language, she didn't faint or scream and reorganize her three views, but calmly analyzed what this thing was.
But it's also possible that she's seen too many things that don't conform to a materialistic worldview, so she's become completely indifferent. After all, even the dead can come back to life, and a snake can turn into a rice dumpling and speak human language - nothing is impossible, right?
Who told you this snake is a rice dumpling?!
She then put away the pistol, stood up and calmly patted off the dust on her knees, slowly walking towards the desk.
"Realized your disrespect towards me? Hmph, after all these years, humanity's inferior nature still hasn't changed."
Due to height issues, she didn't notice that Xiaoyanfei's temple had bulged out a small blue vein with joy as she stood in front of the desk.
But in the next second, it truly felt the anger of this ordinary girl who had been called a concubine by it.
Xia Yanfei's right hand, wearing a tactical glove, quickly and accurately grasped its seven-inch wrist and slammed it to the ground. Just as it was about to get up and scold this rude mortal, the sole of the girl's combat boot came into intimate contact with it, and the force almost made its soul return to the heavens.
And Xiaoyan flew one side of the foot heavily trampled on it, while venting a circle: "I said this self-proclaimed Ben Jun's adult, when you speak dare not look at what kind of appearance you are now? Dare to?! A mere snake roll is proud of what?! Pretending to be a ghost and scaring me half to death, how do you count?! Trample you to death!"
When she was not venting quickly, she obviously ignored the poor creature's transformation from bold to letting go, from not putting her foot down to not wanting to step on it again, and its huge wail of despair. When the last sentence was finished, she seemed to feel that it was not enough, and she ruthlessly stepped on the poor guy who was just about to crawl away, then squatted in a posture of stepping on the opponent, took out a short knife from her sleeve, and with a flash of cold light, scattered a flower-shaped knife: "I said don't give me that look like I've done something to you, just answer my questions, it's that simple. Oh, and switch your 'ben jun' and 'ru' weird language channel to one that I can understand."
"If I'm not satisfied," Xiaoyanfei forced out a perfectly arced fake smile, "I'll stab you in the seventh inch with my razor-sharp knife, don't blame me."
"Don't lump Ben Jun and that despicable snake together!" The creature whose status had instantly dropped puffed itself up in anger, but seeing Xia Yunfei's right hand loosen its grip on the dagger, it wisely shut its mouth and nodded in agreement to the unequal treaty.
A gentleman takes revenge, ten years is not too late. Wait until I regain my human form and let you see what a real heavenly punishment looks like.
In her heart, she was thinking viciously about these things, and after Xiaoyan let go of her foot, she obediently curled up in front of her without any intention of escaping. The girl opposite her scratched her hair and sat down on the ground, with a look that suggested she was ready to have a long talk.
Xia Yifei rummaged through all the pockets on her body, only to find that there wasn't a single cigarette. She let out an annoyed "tsk" and listlessly pulled out her lighter to fiddle with it: "What are you?"
"What is this thing?!" She calmed down and found that the snake rice ball's voice was actually quite pleasant and magnetic, but using "strip" to describe a snake rice ball was really okay? Forget it. And wasn't this the same voice she heard when she used her spiritual contract?!
"I am the Azure Dragon God, several years ago I was sealed here due to the Ghost King's sinister plot. What is that expression on your face?!"
Xia Yanfei didn't need a mirror to know that her expression was probably twisted, and she couldn't bear to look at herself. She could only use one hand to support her forehead in order to demonstrate the black lines all over her head: "You're telling me to calm down? This sentence has too many holes, I don't even know where to start."
The image of the dragon is not uncommon in legends and tombs. Xia Yu Fei shielded his face, and a strange creature calling itself the Green Dragon God sighed at the changing times before starting to reminisce about the image of the dragon.
Dragon and dungeon? Oh no, this is a Western dragon. What was the description passed down by our ancestors? It can be visible or invisible, fine or huge, short or long. Ascend to heaven in spring equinox, dive into the deep in autumnal equinox, summon wind and rain. What else? Ah yes, horns like deer, head like camel, mouth like donkey, eyes like turtle, ears like cow, scales like fish, whiskers like shrimp, belly like snake, feet like eagle.
Xia Yanfei suppressed the urge to mock and compared these points one by one with the creature in front of her, surprisingly finding that most of them matched. She raised an eyebrow: "Okay, you continue. Speak slowly so I can at least catch my breath."
It seemed dissatisfied with Xia Yanfei's performance and swung its tail, but after seeing Xia Yanfei's expression of "you'd better hurry up, my hand holding the knife is getting tired and almost let go" it immediately spoke: "My name is Ao Yuan, don't call me 'it'! Not long ago, my divine consciousness had already awakened, but due to the seal on my body, I was still in a state of deep sleep, not to mention becoming this appearance you see now..."
"Let's just skip the rest, I'm too lazy to listen to your grudges with Gui Jun." Xia Yu Fei interrupted with her left hand supporting her cheek, "You... okay, Ao Yuan, how did you wake up, and what is this blood contract thing?"
It seems that he was very satisfied with this title, and Ao Yuan did not add any other words that were not part of the answer: "Blood contract, sealed with heart's blood, witnessed by heaven and earth. If one side lives, then both live together; if one side dies, then both die together. The seal given to me by Gui Jun was unexpectedly unsealed in this way, no wonder I couldn't move it for many years even with my divine consciousness."
Ao Yuan rambled on for a long time, completely ignoring Xia Yu's sudden petrification after hearing the phrase "when one party lives, they live together; when one party dies, they die together". When Xia Yu came to from her petrified state, she immediately grabbed Ao Yuan's neck-like area: "Wait! Did you just say that I inexplicably became bound by a life-and-death contract with this snake egg of yours?!"
Fortunately, she didn't use much force this time, and Ao Yuan was even able to leisurely use his tail to lightly tap her wrist, reminding her to let go: "I haven't finished speaking yet, the blood contract we just formed is not complete, I haven't even given you my heart's blood, what's your hurry?"
Xia Yan let out a sigh of relief and loosened her grip: "Can you untie it?"
"You will pay the price for underestimating me today." Ao Yuan changed to a more comfortable posture and sat up, "Once I leave this tomb, I can transform into human form and don't have to reveal my true body. Breaking this blood contract is as easy as turning over one's hand."
"That means if I want to get out of this thing, I have to escort you out of this arena. Ugh, what a hassle." Xia Yunfei stood up with one hand on the ground, and after stretching her body, she seemed to think of something, "Hey, you should know the structure of this arena, right?"
After seeing Ao Yuan reluctantly nodding, she stared at the half-dug-out night pearl again: "Let me finish digging out this night pearl before discussing how to get out of here. Leaving empty-handed isn't my style."
Ao Yuan clearly disdained her love of wealth, trying to roll his eyes with his current body, a high-difficulty action. But in the blink of an eye, he saw the dragon-shaped jade pendant worn around Xia Yu Fei's neck with bright red silk thread when she just stood up.
His voice suddenly became even lower and turned into Xia Yu Fei's most serious tone among all the words he had said: "I ask you, where did the white jade that suits you come from?!"
