Chapter 9: The Beauty Walks (Part 1)

Chapter 9: The Beauty Walks (Part 1)

The azure sea stretches as far as the eye can see.

Waves splash out white foam, a seagull flies by, the tip of its wings shining with a bit of silver light in the bright sunlight.

"So this is the ocean!" I exclaimed, gesturing wildly with my hands and feet. I was standing on a giant golden conch shell with Ju Danmei and Hai Ji, sailing eastward with the wind in our hair. Gan Ning lay on a snow-white lotus flower, its pure petals swaying gently on the blue water, her long black hair shining with the radiant waves.

I jumped onto the bow, took off my shoes and soaked my bare feet in the sea water, "splashing" and kicking up water flowers. More than a dozen flying fish darted out from under my feet and into the waves, splashing up shiny lines of light. I shouted with glee, everything on the sea was fresh and interesting.

"Haha, you like the ocean so much, why not come to my Mermaid Palace as a guest? The Mermaid Palace is built at the bottom of the sea. The scenery there is even more beautiful than here."

I raised an eyebrow and batted my eyelashes: "Become a live-in son-in-law? I can consider it. Anyway, now I have a big package of gold and silver as betrothal gifts."

Hai Ji's face turned red: "You little scoundrel, always talking nonsense. If you keep spouting rubbish, I'll cut off your glib tongue."

I stuck out my tongue at her and turned to Ji Danmei, "By the way, have you seen that guy who cast a spell on you along the way?"

Ji Dan was stunned: "So you still remember what I said that night when I was drunk. You shouted that you wanted to come out, was it for...?"

I stretched and yawned: "Not for anything, just casually asking."

Ji Dan Mei fell silent for a moment before saying, "Actually, you don't have to take it seriously."

I grinned wickedly: "Because I've sworn an oath to feel every inch of your body. If I don't find that guy and kill him, how can I fulfill my dream?"

Hai Ji looked at me and then glanced at Ju Dan Mei, scolding: "You little rascal, what are you two talking about? I don't understand a word!"

The sunlight shines on the creamy white earlobe of Hai Ji, reflecting a golden fluff, incredibly beautiful. I gaze at the three beauties, feeling exhilarated, shaking my head and reciting: "On the third day of March, the weather is new, by the waters of Chang'an, many lovely people gather. Their demeanor is rich and distant, elegant and true, their skin fine and smooth, their flesh and bones well-proportioned."

Gan Ning looked at me in surprise: "I didn't expect that you can also compose poetry."

I was suddenly embarrassed: "This is an old man with the surname Du who wrote 'The Beauty's Journey', I couldn't write something like that. But seeing the mindset of these beauties, haha, men are all about the same."

After chatting and laughing for a while, Ji Danmei took out the Mei Wu Jade Mirror from her bosom, carefully pondered it for half a day, and then soaked it in seawater. This time, the jade mirror did not emit green smoke.

Hai Ji shook her head: "Mei Wu Yu Jian really didn't work. In my opinion, there's no martial arts technique in Mei Wu at all."

Ji Danmei sighed and casually threw the Jade Mirror into the vast ocean.

Hai Ji took out half a Snow Spirit Brain and said with satisfaction: "This is still useful."

I curiously asked: "What is this thing?"

"It is a rare creature - the brain of Xue Bai. Xue Bai grows in poor mountains and evil waters, it can be said to be an animal, but it has been rooted in the mud for years, and will bloom and bear fruit. It can be said to be a plant, but it has a brain, with five senses, and once it discovers that someone wants to capture it, it will immediately disappear."

"So strange?" I scratched my head: "What's it for?"

"The Snow Spirit Brain can not only help with cultivation, but also resist heavenly tribulations." Hai Ji gently tossed the Snow Spirit Brain into the air, inhaling and exhaling, as it spun rapidly, its crimson light radiating from every thread of blood. "Hiss", a single thread of blood seeped out of the Snow Spirit Brain, dissolving into a drop of red liquid when it met the wind, which Hai Ji swallowed gently, her golden armor seeming to shine even brighter.

I gazed enviously at Xue Bai's brain, if I had something like that, I wouldn't be afraid of any heavenly tribulation.

Haiji gave me a sly look, as if she understood my intentions: "I'll use it to enhance my Pulse Control Technique, and when I don't need it anymore, I'll give it back to you."

"Really? Are you really willing to give it to me?"

"Hmph, that depends on whether you're honest or not."

I nodded vigorously: "Honestly, I'll definitely be honest. As the saying goes, it's hard to bear the kindness of a beauty. You're so deeply in love with me, and when I see other women, I'll definitely be very honest."

Jū Dān Mèi couldn't help but giggle, and every time she laughed, my gaze was drawn to the ripples on her chest. Hai Ji gave me a stern look and continued practicing on her own.

Dandan lay on her back, gazing up at the blue sky's distant white clouds, lost in thought. I decided to take off my clothes and jump into the sea, swimming freely for a while.

My line of sight can penetrate more than ten meters of seawater, and I see the scenery in the depths. A black behemoth is slowly emerging from behind a coral reef, approaching us.

That was a strange sea creature, with two curved tusks forming a ring, thick three-lobed lips, dense web-like blood vessels, and a body like a human, but with two flat fins growing from the sturdy elbows, slowly floating.

Hehe, dinner delivered right to my doorstep. I let out a loud cry and charged at the sea beast, my dragon butterfly claws flashing out like lightning, shooting out a blazing fireball from my palm. With my dragon butterfly claws, I was unstoppable.

"Boom!" The sea beast was caught off guard, hit by the fireball and scorched. I burst out laughing, my red claws grasping the sea beast's flat fin, pulling it down and tearing it in two. A stream of blood gushed out. The surrounding seawater immediately turned red.

I was just about to take away the sea beast when a dark current surged and rushed over from a distance.

It was a sea beast that looked exactly the same, but its body was several times larger, with triangular fins standing upright on its back, like sharp knives. It opened its bloody mouth and sprayed me with long water jets.

My heart is uneasy, could it be that I killed its son and now the old man has come to settle the score with me?

In the blink of an eye, the sea beast was furious and pounced in front of me. I stretched out my red claws and grabbed the sea beast's back with lightning speed, pulling hard to tear it apart.

It's bad! The flesh of this sea beast is hard and can't be torn open with bare claws.

The sea beast let out a loud roar, suddenly arched its back, and a huge force came, throwing me high into the air, swinging towards the sky. Before I fell into the water, the sea beast had already rushed out of the sea surface, with both arms open, tightly strangling my neck, eyes shooting out hateful light. I almost couldn't breathe, the red claw struck again, grasping the sea beast's forehead, and a fireball suddenly burst out.

The flames dispersed, the sea beast's head was intact, I was stunned, and only then did I feel afraid. My neck grew tighter and my body heavier, my blood forced to flow in reverse.

The orderly flowing Cloudlight Stone in his body suddenly went into chaos and crashed about wildly.

Good heavens! My eyeballs are rolling wildly, beautiful ladies, why don't you hurry up and save me!
