For example, if Nüwa relied on her merit to become a saint, would she still be a saint if her merit were erased?
This is absolutely a threat to the existence of saints, and now it's still far from enough. I'm afraid that even if it's increased by ten thousand times, it will be just barely sufficient. However, this alone is enough to become a powerful trump card for Jieyin. Once the Buddha body of Karma Fire is formed, it's different from the previous few times when Jieyin used his own karma to condense the Karma Fire. After all, the quantity was limited back then. Now that the Buddha body of Karma Fire has gained an understanding of the Great Way of Karma, it can continue to cultivate its own karma and absorb the karma of all living beings from the heavens and the earth to strengthen itself.
As long as the time is sufficient to guide the industry fire Buddha body, it will definitely have the power to kill the holy ones. The guide knows that this big killer is best not to let outsiders know, otherwise, the three purities will fight for their lives and first abolish themselves, so don't expect them to be able to infight anymore.
The Buddha's body has reached an unprecedented level in the application of karma, and it would be unwise not to use it in future struggles. Jieyin thought for a long time and came up with a complete solution. In Buddhism, there is the concept of three bodies of the Buddha: the past, present, and future Buddhas. What does "past" mean? To Jieyin, the past refers to cause and effect; whether it's people or objects, their pasts are all formed by the accumulation of causes and effects.
A single thought arises and karma is born, a single thought ceases and the fruit is achieved. The Buddha's body of karma fire is the true Buddha of the past. With a hint of the ultimate truth, a mysterious change occurred in the Buddha's body of karma fire. The red Taoist robe on his body turned into something similar to the monk's robe of later generations, and the color also changed to golden yellow. The feeling it gave people was also vastly different, no longer evoking fear and trepidation from the karma fire, but rather as if one had caught a glimpse of their own past, like countless memories gathering together, causing one to become entranced without realizing it.
Once you are indulged in it, countless karma fires will cut off your merits, stir up your cause and effect, and ultimately lead to your death and disappearance. It is extremely dangerous, who has no past, who can have no memory? The power of karma is triggered by this, and prevention is not enough. This is absolutely different from the ordinary illusory realm that can stir up heart demons, which only requires a round and smooth dao heart. These karma fires, no matter how perfect your mental state is, will make you live in the world, as long as you have a past, it's hard to escape death.
Under the heavens, merits are limited, while karma is infinite. The true Buddha of the past was a nightmare for practitioners. The task of the present Buddha is to purify and equalize the accumulated causes and effects of the past true Buddha, and then shine brightly.
The past Buddha's body has been formed, and it will no longer be disturbed by cause and effect. The Dao heart is full, and the attachment to thoughts is clear. Only when the opportunity arrives can one cut off the three corpses. To speak of the attachment to the idea of "who am I?" - this question becomes more distant yet clearer with time. One's past life and present life are guided by the Dao, the master of all Buddhas, a chaotic demon god, or one of countless cultivators seeking the Great Way in the world... And then there is another voice telling oneself: you are just an ordinary university student, this is only a dream, wake up...
