Chapter 47: The Great Vow of Earth Store

Chapter 47: The Great Vow of Earth Store

Nüwa unfolded the great law, using the Shanhe Sheji Tu to roll up the physical bodies of Emperor Jun and Taiyi on the altar of the Wu tribe, directly returning to the Palace of the Queen of Heaven. Emperor Jiang and Zhu Jiuyin were so angry that their livers and gallbladders were about to burst when they saw this scene. Who dared to kidnap Emperor Jun and Taiyi in front of the ancestors of the Wu tribe, causing the secret method of the Wu tribe to be ruined?

Gradually calming down, Emperor Jiang knew that probably only Shengzi had such a method, and the one who could save Emperor Jun and Taiyi was Nüwa.

"Shameless, the Holy One is shameless. Just after saying that he wouldn't interfere with the witch and demon affairs again, what's this? Nüwa has deceived my witch clan too much, I absolutely won't agree." The crowd of ancestral witches were extremely indignant, at this time, Emperor Jiang and others felt a severe pain in their hearts, as if something big had happened. Emperor Jiang looked around, saw that Hou Tu was gone, and knew that things were not good.

Di Jiang used his innate divine power to tear through space and instantly disappeared. The other ancestral witches also relied on their intuition, rushing towards the Blood Sea. Di Jiang arrived above the Blood Sea just as the various saints were leaving.

"Houtu sister, where are you?" Emperor Jiang shouted anxiously.

"Alas, Hou Tu has passed away. This land only has Ping Xin." Ping Xin Niang Niang appeared in front of Emperor Jiang and briefly recounted the events.

"My silly little sister, how could you do this? You're making your brother's heart ache so much." Di Jiang, as the Ancestor Witch and ruler of the Desolate Expanse, was also shedding tears continuously.

"Big brother doesn't have to be like this, life and death are destined, besides I didn't really die, it's just that I changed my way of living, you still need to take care of the Wu tribe, be careful with your body."

Just as they were speaking, other ancestral witches also arrived at the Blood Sea and saw this scene, none of them failed to shed tears.

Ping Xin took out a drop of pure blood, "This is the essence of Pangu's blood. I have transformed into the cycle of reincarnation and fortunately left behind this drop of essence. You can use it to create another ancestor witch, so as to counter the demon tribe. If some of my brothers think it's not feasible, they can send some tribesmen to come and hide. Besides, it wouldn't be bad to cooperate with the two saints from the west, using them to restrain Nüwa." After finishing speaking, Ping Xin returned to the cycle of reincarnation. Emperor Jiang and others returned to the Ancestor Witch Temple to make further plans without mentioning this.

To say that on the day of the introduction, the relics were thrown into the bloody sea, and the ?arīra entered the body of a female Asura. Before long, this woman gave birth to a baby girl. The moment the baby was born, she was completely different from the Asuras. Although her appearance was also exceptionally beautiful, she had a dignified and calm demeanor, with an aura that made her unapproachable from head to toe, without any of the seductive charm of the Asuras.

This also made the mother of the female infant feel greatly astonished, Shura-ō, the Great Brahma Heaven King, took the female infant as a princess and raised her, also wanting to see why this female infant was so special. Originally, the Great Brahma Heaven King also wanted to find Minghe Laozu, letting him take a look at the situation, but Minghe had been busy with the Blood Sea Sacrificial Rite, thus delaying it.

The messenger came to the Blood Sea and Naihe Bridge to discuss the Tao, and the young princess was fortunate enough to hear it. Afterward, she had a deep feeling about the magical Dharma of the messenger, and she silently comprehended the Western method gate, and called herself Ksitigarbha.

Later, the earth body transformed into a cycle of reincarnation, heaven bestowed countless merits, Ksitigarbha stood by and watched, with some insight in his heart, he suddenly departed from the sea of blood and rushed to Mount Sumeru in the west. Since Ksitigarbha's body did not have any aura of evil spirits, there was no obstruction, and he arrived at Mount Sumeru.

At this time, there were many monks gathered at the foot of Mount Miao. They welcomed the saint who personally left behind hundreds of stone steles, all of which were engraved with the great Dharma of the West. For ordinary monks, this was a rare opportunity, so it attracted quite a few monks. However, these monks were not of high level and their qualifications were also relatively poor.

After all, at this time, the slightly outstanding ones in the vast wilderness have their own places to go, and although the saints are high and unattainable, the witches who actually govern the world are more realistic.

There were also some monks who had passed through the Red Dust Golden Bridge, accepted the three thousand zhang red dust tempering of their mind and nature, and were able to pay homage in the Western Pure Land. They took these people and drew them all into the outer gate, handing them over to the Queen Mother of the West to govern.

After the great trend was received, the idea of accepting apprentices was temporarily abolished. The disciples were not many but refined, so they proactively lowered the difficulty of the Red Dust Golden Bridge test. Otherwise, it would be impossible for so many cultivators to pass through. Also because of this, the introducer did not consider these cultivators as direct disciples, at most they were just Buddhist door children, filling in numbers.

Then, when he met King Yama in the Hall of Inquiring the Heart, he was extremely pleased and thought that there would be hope for the Buddhist plan to take over the underworld.

Ksitigarbha quietly observed the cultivation methods on the stone tablet, and his heart vaguely felt as if he had seen them before. He would soon be able to comprehend the mysteries, and in less than a hundred years, he would fully understand all the cultivation methods. A smile also appeared on Ksitigarbha's face as he stepped forward, heading straight for the Red Dust Golden Bridge.

Suddenly, the entire Hongchen Golden Bridge changed its appearance, and countless pink auras were emitted from it. The Red Dust Wind Moon, the cycle of worldly affairs, **, illusions continued to emerge, even the cultivators near the Golden Bridge seemed to have lost their minds.

Dizang took a firm step forward, and the scene behind him changed. His parents called out to him in alarm, his brothers and sisters tried every means to persuade him, relatives and friends used their martial skills to try and stop him, all sorts of worldly attachments appeared at once.

Ksitigarbha's footsteps never stop, these temptations are nothing to her, but the means of guiding saints are especially simple, and later they become all kinds of illusions that confuse the mind, the illusory world gradually becomes real, gradually revealing the subtleties of the great Tao's operation, all kinds of unspeakable wonders, making people almost feel as if they have transformed into heaven and earth, dominating all living things.

The footsteps of the Earth Store gradually slowed down, and every step became more and more difficult. However, his pace remained firm, and he took a total of 2,999 steps before stopping in front of a Daoist priest wearing a gray robe.

"See the Bodhisattva who guides the spirits." Ksitigarbha recognized him as the guide and bowed down to pay his respects.

"You can pass through the Red Dust Golden Bridge, which shows that your Taoist heart is full and round. You can enter my door as my disciple, attain the supreme true enlightenment, and achieve the ultimate great liberation path." As Jieyin spoke, he recited the true words in his mouth, and the Buddhist Great Liberation True Scripture appeared. Dizang felt that his own cultivation was rapidly improving, reaching the realm of Mahayana, truly and deeply surpassing the realm of Mahayana, a kind of unprecedented feeling arose.

Far from the bloody sea of various sinful torments, the light in front is infinite, the seven treasures are cast into the world, the Sanskrit sound is clearly chanted beside the ear, countless heavenly immortals and monks walk among them, with a sincere heart towards joy, spiritual powers are limitless, not suffering from the five impurities and seven sufferings, forever leaving the cycle of birth and death.

Ksitigarbha seems to have transformed into one of them, without any worries.

As he recited the mantra, he observed Jizang, only to see the joyful expression on her face gradually disappear, replaced by increasingly evident pain and struggle. Large beads of sweat rolled down her cheeks, as if she was undergoing some kind of torture.

Before long, the turmoil in his heart calmed down, and there was no longer any struggle on his face. He regained his usual calmness and serenity. His eyes opened wide, radiating boundless brilliance, without a hint of his original intoxication.

"Invite Sage, this is not what Dizang sought after, please ask Sage to take back the Great Law."

The smile on his face grew thicker, "In the vastness of Honghuang, there are countless cultivators, all seeking to attain this undying and unperishing great Dharma, all seeking to transcend the calamities with the true scriptures. You came to Wuyi Mountain this time, isn't it for the sake of the Western Great Dharma? Being able to receive the Supreme Gate is an opportunity that many cultivators can't even seek."

"No, this journey of mine is not just for my own sake to seek the Dharma or attain liberation. Ksitigarbha observes that in the ocean of blood, countless living beings are suffering endlessly, day and night, without any respite, and yet they are completely unaware of it - how pitiful and lamentable! Now, I have escaped from the ocean of blood and abandoned the Asura realm, but it is actually for the sake of all sentient beings in the Asura realm to forever leave behind the sufferings of the ocean of blood. Extending this further, countless practitioners in the vast expanse of heaven and earth, as well as the two tribes of witches and demons, are all trapped in the cycle of rebirth - except for the saints, no one can achieve eternal life and immortality."

Ksitigarbha is not talented, he will plan a way to liberate these people, eliminate the karma of sentient beings suffering from reincarnation, and let all living beings attain liberation. As Ksitigarbha said, "If I have only one body, it's easy for me to sacrifice my life."

Ksitigarbha's voice grew louder and his energy more abundant, until the guiding figure disintegrated into fragments. Ksitigarbha took his final step, leaving the Golden Bridge behind, and arrived at the Holy Realm of Mount Sumeru.

Zhun Ti is receiving guidance from beside him and together with the guidance uses the Great Law to observe Di Zang's various manifestations.

"Brother, Ksitigarbha can withstand all kinds of trials, what's rare is that he doesn't do it for himself, but for all living beings. His intention is so lofty that even the Goddess of Earth might not be enough. If one can hold on to this mind, then their accomplishments will be boundless."

"The matter of the Blood Sea is of great importance, and without someone with such a great vow and great deeds, it cannot be accomplished. The flourishing of Buddhism depends on this foundation." On his face, there also appeared an expression of relief. This test for Ksitigarbha was by no means as simple as it seemed; if Ksitigarbha's mind were to waver even slightly, he would be able to stir up boundless karma fires and destroy his own body and the Way.

Resisting Ashura is nothing, being able to endure endless darkness, for the sake of all living beings, it's hard to find someone whose heart remains unchanged. Jikuu gave a sarira to Jizou, which has calmed his mind, but after all, it's just an external object. Having such a heart, Jikuu is truly comforting.

Dizang finally bowed under the gate of Jiying, becoming Jiying's third personally transmitted disciple. Jiying and Zhunti, two saints, personally explained the Great Way to him. Dizang's Dao heart was full, his cultivation rapidly improved, and in the blink of an eye he reached the realm of Daluo Jinxian.

Jie Yin calculated that the time difference was about right, and then took out the three treasures of the law and handed them over to Di Zang.

"This is the Tin Stick, Nine-Piece Industry Fire Lotus and Ten-Wheel Awakening Bell, all of which are pre-heavenly Dharma treasures that can help you transform time and myriad things." The Guiding Spirit had prepared three Dharma treasures for Kshitigarbha: the Tin Stick to protect his body, the Red Lotus to assist Kshitigarbha in achieving his true form through industry fire, to eliminate karma for all living beings, and to transform the myriad things of the world; the Awakening Bell, which when struck once, would awaken the masses from their confusion, allowing the spirits of the dead to focus on becoming Buddhas.

Ksitigarbha cultivated three treasures of Dharma and personally went to the Blood Sea with Jie Yin and Zhun Ti.

At this time, the Blood Sea was established by Hou Tu, and countless vengeful spirits had a place to settle, no longer under the control of the Blood Sea. The power of the Asura was restricted, and the Naihe River was also thinking hard, unable to find a solution. Hou Tu, now known as Ping Xin, was not someone that the Naihe River could handle. Fortunately, in the underworld, there was still a lack of management personnel, and many souls were unable to enter quickly, and would still be attracted by the Blood Sea. However, this meant that the number of Asura people no longer surged like it did before.

Jieyin and Dizang floated beside the Blood Sea, where Dizang raised a nine-petaled red lotus to protect his body. He grasped a tin staff in one hand and continuously struck the Wake-up Bell with the other, its clear sound drifting and spreading into the Blood Sea. Many Rakshasas heard it, their minds calming, and rare smiles of genuine joy appeared on their faces.

The River Styx and the Blood Sea are closely connected, and even a slight movement of wind or grass cannot escape his eyes and ears. As soon as he saw the two Western Saints descending in person, he knew that something big was going to happen, so he hurriedly went to check it out.

Minghe was taken aback when he saw the young one standing beside Zhunti, and he could clearly sense that the other had the characteristics of his own Shura clan, yet differed from his own clan to an unfathomable degree.

As soon as he saw the River Styx appear, he signaled to Zhunti to keep an eye on the River Styx and not let it cause trouble. Zhunti understood and came to stand beside the River Styx.

"A fellow Taoist whom I have never met before has made great progress in his Taoist practice. This is truly a joyous and congratulatory occasion."

"Having met Zhunti Bodhisattva, I don't know what business the Bodhisattva has, wanting to invite the Bodhisattva and you personally to come to my humble Blood Sea?"

"Minghe Daoyou, this bloody sea is not small, after all. It hides dragons and tigers, and this time my master and I have come to cheer for the Shura clan. It's rare to see such a great and benevolent cultivator appear, a blessing for the Hongyuan indeed."

"I am but a humble and ignorant person, I don't know what the sage's words mean?"

  "Hehe, you'll know soon."
