  Xu Ziqing vaguely knew that this was the spiritual energy of the five elements between heaven and earth, and he deliberately wanted to capture it. However, things in the world are not so simple. It's already difficult to distinguish colors, let alone try one by one.

He quickly got out of bed and went out the door to fetch water for a bath. Just as he was leaving, he ran into Old Man He who had just returned from work.   He had never expected that this little servant he had taken in would be able to enter meditation on his first attempt at practicing the method, and this meditation lasted for seven days and nights.

  In this realm of cultivation, the speed at which one absorbs energy into their body is closely related to their innate talent. The time it takes to enter a meditative state is also affected by this. Xuzi Qing's innate talent was extremely poor, and he shouldn't have been able to enter a meditative state so quickly, let alone successfully absorb energy into his body and initially purge the impurities within.

At present, the only possibility is that Xu Ziqing was born with this method of Gongfa extremely compatible, so he can get started so quickly.

  With a rough idea in mind, Old He didn't think any further. He was willing to stay here and tend to the spiritual grass, originally not liking to cause trouble either. But relying on that formation being wrong or not, he took this miscellaneous task, and just told him to focus on doing his job.

  Then she glanced at Xu Ziqing and said, "Now that you're awake, hurry up and get cleaned up, it's not nice to look like this."

  Xu Ziqing thought he was dirty and didn't want to be seen by He Lao, so he smiled and quickly went to fetch water to wash his face. However, he didn't notice He Lao's gaze falling on his back, which flashed by in an instant.

  This hot bath was extremely comfortable, but it took a lot of effort to scrub off the dirt on his body. Xu Ziqing came out of the bathtub with a flourish, wiped himself with a towel, and changed into a brown short-sleeved casual wear that had been prepared by the miscellaneous servants in Baicao Garden. His long hair was half dry and half wet, but suddenly he had an idea, and the faint spiritual energy in his dantian circulated through his body. In an instant, his hair was completely dry.

  Just after doing this, Xu Ziqing suddenly felt dizzy and fell back onto the ground, panting for a long time. Then he felt his heart racing, and in his lower abdomen there was a surge of energy, as if his spirit had been shaken.

  Slowly regulating his breath, Xu Ziqing couldn't help but bitterly smile: "Indeed, one can't act rashly. Having just entered the meditation zone for a few days and already wanting to use spiritual energy is still somewhat arrogant."

  He thought for a moment and felt that something was off, so he took out that copy of "Huā Cǎo Jué" again to take a closer look.

  As expected, there is more to come after drawing gas.

  Originally, passing the stage of guiding Qi into the body was just a matter of learning how to attract heavenly and earthly spiritual energy. However, even after spiritual energy enters the body, it is still spiritual energy that needs to be stored in the Dan Tian for a long time. When the Dan Tian is full, the spiritual energy is absorbed again and compressed continuously. Finally, when the Dan Tian can no longer hold anything, the quantity will transform into quality, the spiritual energy will transform into spiritual power, and a point of spiritual power source will be established deep within the Dan Tian. Then, more spiritual energy is drawn in, attaching to the source and gradually thickening it. The stored energy will always be spiritual power from then on. At that time, the first layer of Qi refinement is achieved.

  In other words, Xu Ziqing is still wandering in front of the threshold of a master now, and only after he has grasped the spiritual source can he be considered a true master.

  After that, the cultivation is to open up the 52 acupoints of Ren and Du two meridians, achieving the second layer of Qi refinement. Each additional layer requires opening up two meridians, with an indefinite number of acupoints. Moreover, depending on the different practices, the order of opening up the meridians will be different, and the circulation of spiritual energy in the body will also be different. Only after reaching the ninth layer of Qi refinement will there be new changes.

  Xu Ziqing's practice of "Hua Cao Jue" is to impact the Yin Wei and Yang Wei channels of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians after clearing the Ren and Du meridians. However, this is also something that happens after refining the Qi in the second layer.
