Chapter Thirteen: The Pulse Classic of Medicine

  Xī máo yì jīng tāng bì xū dé zài zuì tàng de shí hòu hē xià, fāng cái néng gòu fā huī chū zuì dà de xiào guǒ. Xǔ duō rén dōu nán yǐ yǐn xià zhè rú kāi shuǐ bān gǔn tàng de tāng yào, dàn zhāng wén zhòng bìng fēi cháng rén, zhǐ yào néng gòu ràng tǐ pò zēng qiáng dào kě yǐ xiū liàn yī jiàn xīn jīng de chéng dù, jiù suàn shì xū yào chī zài dà de kǔ, zāo zài dà de zuì, tā yě néng gòu yǎo yá jiān chí zhù.

  Refining the flesh is the first and most important part of the Medical Classic of the Heart. It's like laying the foundation, if it's not built well, even if the building can be constructed with difficulty, it will still be fraught with danger and may collapse at any time.

  Zhang Wenzhong now needs to use the washing marrow easy Jing Tang and acupuncture double means to stimulate this weak body, inspiring the potential inside the body, and then adopt special breathing exercises to unfold the practice of refining the flesh.
