Chapter Ten: A Life of Confusion

  "Bang——rattle——" Su Qiye didn't care about her physical discomfort anymore, and ran back home like she was escaping for her life. As soon as she stepped inside the door, she quickly closed it and locked it from the inside. Afterwards, she leaned against the door and listened, hearing no sound in the hallway.
