Do a good deed

  Do a good deed

For Annu's polite inquiry, the landlady scolded her, no more than being dissatisfied with her slow movements.

"Get out of here today!" The landlord aunt had enough of nagging and scolding, she didn't waste any more time, waved her hand to make it clear, her tone not allowing for negotiation.

"Reason." She softly uttered two words, An Nuan didn't invite her landlady into the house and just stood at the door.

Since she was a wicked newcomer, she didn't need to pretend to be polite to her landlord, Auntie Fang.

"I'm the landlord, if I tell you to move out, you have to move out. Now pack up your things and get out!" The aunt seemed very angry, reducing the one-day time limit to zero, and didn't want to say another word to Annuo.

Jian An Nuan was still standing there motionless, and the landlady's anger intensified. She directly stretched out her hand to forcefully push An Nuan's arm, constantly urging her to hurry up.

"Wait until you pay the liquidated damages, I'll leave immediately." Leaning against the door frame, An Nuan let out a tired yawn and smiled as she turned her head to look at the furious landlord, with an amiable expression.

At the beginning of moving in, both parties signed a housing contract. Within one year, the landlord cannot evict Annu for any reason, otherwise they will have to pay a penalty of ten times the rent.

"You've been living here for less than three months, and strange things have been happening one after another. You dare to say it has nothing to do with you!" The landlord was also fed up, stepped forward, grabbed An Nuan's arm and loudly questioned her, completely disregarding whether his loud voice would startle the surrounding residents and attract onlookers.

The landlord now just wants to drive away this jinx and have a quiet living environment for himself.

At first, she was blinded by the high rent and lost her mind, so she agreed to rent the house to An Nuan and signed that damn rental contract.

Originally thought it was a good deal, but unexpectedly it was the beginning of her nightmare.

Today, just as dawn broke, another strange thing happened. The bedroom window was smashed with a big hole, her clothes were torn by someone, leaving scratches similar to those of a fierce beast.

Can't take it anymore, landlord aunt is too lazy to even change clothes, wearing pajamas and rushing straight to Ann's house, knocking on the door.

The strange thing happened after An Nuan moved in, it must have something to do with her.

  The landlady believed so firmly.

"Yes, it's related to me." An Nu generously admitted, her playful and teasing smile deeply irritating Mrs. Fang's nerves, who raised her hand to slap An Nu's pale face.

The crisp sound was especially jarring in the quiet morning, and the landlord covered his reddened face, looking at An Nuan in disbelief.

I always thought she was a gentle and easy-going little girl, but I didn't expect her to fight back.

Rubbing her somewhat sore hands, An Nuan pouted, this aunt's face is really thick-skinned, next time she'll find a tool to hit her.

"You troublemaker, get out of my house, don't dirty my place. I'd rather lose everything than let you stay." Knowing she wasn't a match for Annuo, the landlady could only resort to verbal sparring, venting her discontent, and felt extremely pleased seeing Annuo's sinking face.

"Troublesome ghost? Auntie, you're really giving me face, scolding me so kindly. Those people before all scolded me as a monster, a broom star." An Nuan lowered her eyes, smiling somewhat helplessly and desolately, making the landlady aunt feel slightly regretful.

Was I too harsh just now?

"Don't worry, I'll move out, no need for you to make any compensation." Seeing that the landlord still had some decency and knew how to feel ashamed and regretful, Annuo didn't make things difficult for her anymore and agreed to move out.

Anyway, Annu was originally planning to leave in these few days too.

Let's do something good before we go.
