Level 36 Unexpected Harvest Six

  Unexpected Harvest (Six)

Li Jiahao was stunned, his eyes filled with Du Kewe's clear and determined face. The simple two sentences seemed to have some magic power that made the anger in his heart lose its ignition point.

She didn't yell or scold, she didn't mock or tease. She just said, I don't want you to misunderstand me.

  Few words, much meaning.

He turned his head sideways, as if something was stuck in his throat, and asked hoarsely after a while, "Do you like me?"

Four words fell into her heart one by one.

It was so quiet that you could hear the sound of a heartbeat, and in the empty, narrow corridor, she suddenly couldn't help but burst into tears. As if the calmness before was her last bit of energy.

She didn't say a word, and Li Jiahao finally turned his head around, touching her tear-stained face, with a pair of beautiful eyes instantly filled with panic and surprise.

He called out to her, "Du Kewe?"

It was the first time he called her name.

It's as if no one has ever sounded so good. The familiar three words, coming from his mouth, have a mesmerizing magic to them.

  Yes, she likes him.

Perhaps from the very beginning, this kind of noisy fate was already destined.

He looks so good, his tone of voice is so arrogant, he plays basketball so handsome. He has the appearance of a white prince in every girl's dream, but she never dared to imagine that she would be Cinderella.

"What's the big idea?" she said out loud, finally gathering the courage to voice all her discontent. "What makes you think I'll take the initiative to accept your unreliable confession? Where do I get that kind of courage from? Li Jiahao, in my eyes, you're like an open book - don't you know that? I never thought about it, I never dared to imagine..."

That tall shadow leaned over, faintly and gently, embracing her in his arms.

All her words turned into loud wailing.

He patted her back and joked, "The makeup is all over my clothes, how disgusting."

But his arms were so warm, warm enough that her heart was left with only the sound of happiness, crying at times but still smiling, and no matter what, she couldn't help but listen.

He said, "Don't wear this skirt again, I can see what color bra you're wearing underneath."

He is like all other boys, he will be jealous, eat vinegar, care about whether her clothes are exposed or not, and dislike other men touching any part of her body.

He's not that hard to guess, he just doesn't mean what he says.

Du Ke Wei slowly stretched out her hand, and somehow found the courage to wrap it around Li Jia Hao's waist. The person in her arms stiffened slightly, then relaxed again, his arm tightening unintentionally as he pulled her into a hug, saying softly, "I've never heard of such a confession before. I'm your heavenly book? Fool."

His breath brushed against her ear, as if this lifetime had never experienced such great sorrow and joy.

"But you never said it, that you like me." She said in a low and somewhat dissatisfied tone, "That one time was when I said it for you."

Her tone was like a child's tantrum, with a hint of reprimand.

Li Jiahao chuckled, his refined face becoming even more handsome and captivating in that smile, like a painting unfolding slowly. He leaned his head against her ear, his voice lazy and languid, "I never said those words."

"So this time I must say it!" she said hastily.

"Mm." He responded, holding her even tighter, as if he had picked up a precious treasure, and opened his mouth with a smile, "You like me."

He burst out laughing, his laughter so happy and joyful.
