Chapter 1: Though miles apart, they come together by fate; face to face, yet unaware of each others presence.

Chapter 1: Though miles apart, they come together by fate; face to face, yet unaware of each other's presence.

When you saw "The Shameless Devil", we were already destined to meet.

"Shameless Demon" is a casual work, written as the mood strikes. When I had just written about 100,000 words, many friends advised me to give up, because they felt that this new book could not meet the requirements of the current online market, so the prospects (of course, also financial prospects) were worrying.

They are all big shots in this circle and have been friends with Lao Niu for many years. Therefore, I know that their suggestions come from the heart, so the prospects of "Shameless Rogue" suddenly become bleak.

But with hardly any hesitation, I decided that I must continue writing it and finish it well.

I trust my friends' vision, but I am more loyal to that persistence in my heart. Moreover, who else could have determined at the age of four that Einstein would definitely become a person standing at the peak of 20th-century science?

So I persisted in writing and finally had today's "Shameless Witch" meet with everyone.

I'm not doing this to be stubborn or to prove anything, it's just because this is a casual work. The simple definition is that for "Shameless Witch", I only have two requirements: one, I write happily; two, Niu Tai reads happily. If you want to add another definition on top of these two requirements, then it would be to definitely finish and do well in writing it.

As for the readers, I have no right to make any demands. Because my preferences cannot and should not dictate what readers like, that's why I said: "Fated to meet from a thousand miles away, yet destined not to know each other despite being face-to-face."

But deep down inside, as an author, I naturally yearn for "The Shameless Arrow" to have more readers who will follow and like it.

Then let everything go with the flow.

Speaking of fate, I have to mention a little story between me and the Yuan Zhongdian team. I remember that in 2004 when I was writing "The Legend of Sword and Fairy", Bao Jianfeng once asked me to write for them. Unfortunately, at that time this book had already been contracted with Xian Xian, so we missed each other.

Before you know it, ten years have passed.

Unexpectedly, ten years later I had another chance to cooperate with the original starting point team.

The signed work became "Shameless Demon", and the publishing platform was changed to "Chuangshi".

But the author is still the same, the team is still the same, and friends are still friends.

A lot of things will happen in the next ten years, but I'd rather look forward to the next decade when each and every one of us can live a better life. At the same time, we'll be more relaxed, more carefree, and happier.

So "Shameless You Demon" is destined to be a light-hearted comedy. It has the background of Sui and Tang dynasties, but I didn't intentionally write it as a historical theme, nor did I do too much research. All friends who like to pick holes have good fortune, you can easily find many things in the book that don't conform to history.

Because it's a comedy, I was very relaxed when writing it, and all sorts of cold jokes, black humor, and exaggerated nonsense are everywhere. As a result, even more friends were blessed, because we can find countless "unscientific" and "illogical" things in it.

Furthermore, "The Shameless Devil" is still a fantasy novel, depicting my fantasy dream. It may be vastly different from some popular trendy elements nowadays. And so, many people are blessed. Because we can laugh and say that the old cow is too outdated, the plot is too out of date.

In short, this is a "blessed" work. Whether you smile heartily, laugh happily, sneer coldly, or grin foolishly... as long as you're laughing, that's all that matters.

Yes, as long as there is laughter in this world, it's all good.
