A chemical engineering master''s degree holder travels back in time to this turbulent era. Watch as the protagonist walks into the anti-Japanese war years. A string of bombs explodes on the riverbank, thousands of sharp fragments of varying sizes pierce through the bodies of Soviet soldiers, tearing apart their flesh and blood, taking away their lives. The intense shockwave from the explosion instantly clears out patches of empty space amidst the dense crowd of Soviet soldiers, as if dark red flowers suddenly bloom on the yellowish-brown riverbank. The Soviet soldiers who were originally in this empty space are all blown to pieces, scattering blood rain everywhere. These "flowers" that had just bloomed are immediately filled up by the continuous influx of Soviet military uniforms, making it seem like nothing had happened there at all. Then, with the next explosion of bombs, the dark red flowers bloom again, and then are covered up once more.
